Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near metro stations and city attractions, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and unpleasant odors. Room size was generally considered adequate, though not remarkable. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, cleanliness was a significant concern for many guests.
