Kudos to....
Stayed twice on the way to Ohio and back. The cleanliness was excellent both times-kudos to the housekeeping staff. The front desk lady when he checked in the first time could have been more welcoming-presented with stone face, no words other than the booking conversation, and claimed no first floor rooms for us seniors with gait difficulties, though the motel was far from full judging by the much less than full parking spaces around the hotel that night and the next morning when we left at 6 AM. The second front desk lady was much more accommodating and conversational. And she was willing to book a first floor room close to the entrance door-kudos to her.

The motel was surprisingly clean and the facilities were in working order. The front desk worker was very pleasant and I felt comfortable staying there for the night
As I was putting my bags in my car, the housekeeper propped open my door even though some of my bags were still in there and the "do not disturb" sign was on the door.

TV didn't work Lights didn't work towels were very small, old and scratchy customer service was terrible dirty and smelled really made allergies go ballistic
