The staff was extremely friendly very informative and very helpful this is a perfect place to stay staying in the Quad cities
Breakfast and the shower pressure was great
Price and friendliness of staff. Excellent value for what I paid, no frills expected.
Had a strong odor of cleaners that I never could stop noticing. Even after spending an entire night in the room, the smell was still strong when I was leaving.
The staff was very friendly and helpful
First room had a very strong smell of cigarettes, second room was offered, however that room smelled of animal urine. Manager was accommodating and was able to help me get a refund.
Even though hotel was old, the rooms appeared to be updated. Flowering trees in front of hotel were nice.
Room was very small, carpet had stains. Location was in a run-down area of town. Exit door near room was extremely loud when it slammed shut. They charged $25 to get a room with 2 beds. Hotel refused to give refunds for Covid-19 (putting others at risk).
The location was wonderful.
All kinds of little hairs in the coffee basket.I complained to staff Sunday, said the manager would call me.I finally got a call Monday afternoon. She apologized & asked me to send a photo.Thursday afternoon she only offered 500 Choice pts as compensation
Custom omelettes at breakfast
It was amazing
When I first checked in, my room wasn’t even clean. The bed was not made. I had to get a new room. The front desk lady was extremely rude & told my friend and I to be quiet when I was outside helping her get her son in her car.
Very clean, omelettes made to order, room temperature and air were clean and comfortable. Good bed. Good coffee. A just right stay.
We were impressed with the comfortable bed.
The humidity in the room was high even though we lowered the temperature. The bathroom was tight - very little room to turn around.
