Cons:Didn’t sleep at all the first night because of screaming baby in the room next to me and thin walls. Moved rooms and had no working heater on wall or floor. Just said “error” and we froze all night barely slept again . Staff simply said oh I’ll have them check on the that. Had higher hopes for the amount of money spent.
Cons:Part of our group didn’t get their room on time. Then the hotel gave that same room to others so people walked in on them. My room had only half roll toilet paper. No drinking cups nothing. No extras at all. Door had to be slammed shut. Tub wouldn’t drain. Shower barely worked. They told us no non fires yet they were having them and completely smoked out our room. Would NEVER stay here. By the way they charge a resort fee but there’s nothing that you get for that money pool is not open hot tub is drained and there is literally nothing else you can do there besides play on the beach the beach is free.
Cons:Book some place elsewhere
Cons:The place is dirty, rooms are depressing and outdated. There marketing photos are misrepresentation.
