Liked having the kitchenette but half the stove burners did not work. Nice to have the two bedrooms with plenty of space.
Carpets were worn out. Desk chair worn out, and couch fabric threads coming lose. They also don’t do housekeeping everyday, only once per week. Parking was very expensive at $27 plus tax to $31 per day to park. Very tight parking under the building. If you have a full-size vehicle plan on someone bumping their door into your vehicle.
First time visiting Montreal in 30 years. Had a great time, and hotel was in great location to walk in the city.
Can't think of any negatives
The beds and the sheets were very cozy and comfortable. The rooms are well equipped.
The hotel lobby and reception area could do with some updating. It looks a bit tired, old and worn. It's not very inviting. The first staff that attended to assist with the room heating didn't know how to operate it and thus we were freezing and couldn't sleep the first night
Location - very helpful staff - quite -
The fact that there were no chairs in each bedroom, also for an apt of 6 guests, the apt would benefit of more chairs (at least one in each bedroom) and two more in the dining area. Also, more plates, dishes and cutlery would be required for a 6 guests pt.
