Hotels near Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport

Pros: Excellent breakfast. Location is fine, but would be nice to have a shuttle to terminals B and C. They are far away.

Pros: Clean, quiet, very comfortable, efficient front desk. Guaranteed stay. Just 10 min walking from terminal D.

Pros: Great location for the airport

Pros: Perfect airport hotel. I cannot say enough good things about staff, and facilities.

Cons: So funny, that on the cover of the menu in the restaurant area, is a photo of a pepperoni pizza. If you try and order it, not available. But the marinara pizza is great, and there have another one, I think mushroom. This is not a complaint, just kind of funny.

Pros: Great hotel for the layover stay if you are travelling through Sheremetyevo - the hotel shuttle to the airport is very convenient; clean and modern, spacious rooms.

Cons: Just a couple of observations: 1)Unfortunately I was not able to fully appreciate the SPA facilities as it was not possible to access the female sauna on the day we stayed. 2)Breakfast could also use some improvement - for example alternative milk or lactose free milk, better quality orange juice would bring the breakfast up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel.

Pros: - Food in the restaurant was tasty, menu has not big variety of choices as you'd expect but makes up for it with the good taste.

Cons: - Shuttle service is really tough for travellers/families who have more than a single luggage. That is because the shuttle driver- who lacks basic human manners- just stops on the opposite side of the road, opens up the minibus' door and waits for you to cross the street, carry and load all the luggages to the bus while he waits for you with his hands in his pockets. - They might have a better English speaking staff but the one who was there for our check in process didn't speak English that well. - I always had positive experiences about Novotel Rooms having very comfortable beds, however this was not the case for this particular branch. Beds were old and way too springy. - Water pressure was really low but I didn't care much for it since I got only 1 night stay ahead of me. Overall, I think I've just had a bad experience and it might be just one of those bad luck days and trusting the Novotel name too much but that still doesn't make up for all the little annoying problems which made me feel uncomfortable. I'd choose another hotel instead of Novotel Sheremetyevo.

Pros: How close it is to the airport

Pros: The convenient hotel to spend the night during transfers. We took a family with three children of different ages - we liked everything. Good value for money among airport hotels.

Cons: Although the hotel is located near the airport, it will not be very convenient to walk with a suitcase. Better to use the free transfer from the hotel to the airport terminal you need. It is not very convenient that the departures are once an hour and in the morning the buses is a little overcrowded.

Pros: Location is great - right by the airport; Very clean, cosy and spacious rooms; Professional and friendly staff; A lot of included services - free water, tea, coffee (and coffee machine) in rooms, fitness centre, sauna and massage chairs.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: This was our second time staying here. The staff once again were extremely hospitable and friendly. Great hotel for a layover in Moscow!

Cons: The swimming pool was closed.

Cons: Was waiting for a shuttle, which doesn't exist anymore. A long work inside the terminal to get to Radisson Blue, from there a walk outside to a hotel. The restaurant was closed.

Pros: The hotel allows direct access to the airport, which is so convenient and worth the money for peace of mind for early flights. Check in was quick and staff responsive.

Cons: I don't understand why, when I book for three people (1 adult, 2 teenagers), I am offered a room with only 2 single beds. I had to order a third bed at 1500r extra, that ended up being extremely uncomfortable. I think this is a problem with booking.com, not the hotel itself. We never got our wakeup call. Good thing I set an alarm.

Pros: Location in a walking distance from all terminals, quite, nice breakfast, super friendly guy Denis at the restaurant on the 11th floor

Cons: Smelly room (like someone is constantly smoking in the building, probably bad ventilation), no directions to the hotel from terminal (I had to ask stuff multiple times, but Radisson could have sent me the instructions, you need to go to the Aeroexpress and will see the entrance),lack of sanitizers (only on the floor, nowhere else…), guests without masks, dark room, old furniture, small old TV, no welcome instructions in the room. I was in the executive room and very disappointed in it, very overpriced for no reason. If you don’t speak Russian, it would be tricky to get to the hotel and then organize your staying there. It’s not the Radisson you’ve seen in other countries.

Pros: It's an incredible hotel. The location is perfect, the entire hotel is spotlessly clean, the room and bathroom are very modern with top of the range facilities, the staff are excellent, the food is very tasty, the views over the airport are great, the bed is very comfy and the room is quiet. Incredible.

Cons: Food (as expected) is expensive, couple of paintwork scratches in the room where suitcases have brushed against the wall.

Pros: A very nice place with excellent location - just 20 minutes of walking from Sheremetyevo airport and you are there. Yet no bothering noise from the airport. The shuttle did not work during the pandemic time but the walk was pleasant. The facility itself is very nice-looking, very clean and cosy. You get everything you need. The room is comfortable and has air conditioning, a tv and a mini fridge. There was shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Coffee, tea and water in the lobby were available at all times and were free of charge for the guests, which was wonderful. You can also buy bottled water and soda drink and beer and even milk from the hotel owners, they have those in fridges downstairs, excellent and really convenient. There were also two small stores nearby where you can buy some groceries or necessities, but I recommend ordering lunches and dinners from the hotel restaurant- the food was truly great and the price not high at all. A baby cot was made available for us at no extra cost. Outside of the hotel is amazing - there are two patios - one by the pond where you can barbecue and another with a gazebo and sun beds and a children’s trampoline and a swing and mini pool. Amazing for a little getaway! It was like a small vacation to us. Way more than we expected for the money we paid. A big thank you to the family running the hotel! We will return with pleasure.

Cons: One day before our arrival, the hotel sent us an email offering to pick us up from the airport. We gladly accepted and as son as we arrived we called them to set a pick up place and time. Everything was gong great, but as soon as we got in to the van the problems started. Even though we have been in constant Communications for the previous 24 hours, in that moment, the driver of the van told us that the sewage has bromean broken in our room and they were going to change us to another hotel. They didn’t les us speak with the manager ir at least see our hotel. Instead we ended up staying the night in a highway motel. Horrible experiencia and I Willy nevera recommend this hotel.

Cons: I've booked a double room and they gave me a cheaper one when I've arrived. I didn't care much as it was late and I was sleepy so next day I told the staff that they gave me the wrong room, that I didn't care and just wanted to be refunded for the difference. The staff said that she couldn't do anything and said sorry. I sent a message and again, just sorry and no refund. Attitude is bad. Bathroom was not very clean and it floods.
