Hotels near Murmansk airport

Pros: Friendly staff, take a very good care to customer, very clean

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Really worth to stay.

Cons: Kind staffs and very clean.

Pros: The welcoming, organized, to the point, 24/7 responsive staff at the property and the driver -- who met my 3am flight and took me to the hotel for an extra charge -- were unsurpassed!

Cons: The bathrooms -- toilets and showers -- are not in the room, but out in the hallway. Probably a result of my inattentiveness that I had not understood this before arriving. It's something to bear in mind.

Pros: The place was extremely clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. They have kitchen with dishes, fridge, so you can use it for cooking. You can even use washing machine for small payment.

Cons: The room was a bit small and there was smell, so we need to open window to refresh the air.

Pros: Very good staff and they was standy to open the door for you even you came back late after aurora hunting.

Pros: The reception was so kind and friendly

Cons: Do not recommend the breakfast

Pros: very strange light switch positions. one right on entrance in room, another in SHOWER. maybe its for, i dont know, when you go to shower, and turn light off in the room, and then turn on again? and it was hard to find switch in shower... on another entrance (another entry to room, right through shower-room :D) kitchen in end of corridor have everything you need for quick cooking, microwave, teapot,.. fridge kinda tricky, you need pack your things and include number of room ;)

Cons: smell, no idea from where is was coming... and thickness of walls between rooms. so, you hear your neighbors pretty good :P

Pros: Silent, very close to Murmansk Mall Hot shower with large water flow Friendly receptionist

Cons: The staff speak Russian only, but they are patient and able to use Google translate to communicate.

Pros: The location is 3-minute walk to Murmansk mall which is a good place to dine or do your groceries. The receptionist allowed me leave my luggage after check out with no extra charge which is AWESOME! The bed was a bit noisy but comfy.

Cons: The receptionist was not available all the time even during business hours; I wanted to avail of their laundry but got no one else to ask about it. However, she is nice and accommodating.

Pros: Staff very friendly.

Cons: Breakfast has too little.

Pros: Great location to enjoy winter snow facilities just 15 min walk. Skiing, cross country skiing, husky rides, raindeer rides, kids snow parks onbyhe gentle hills. Great fun fof the family Hotel staff always helpful and CORTEOUS

Pros: Stayed 3 nights. Clean. Quiet. Safe. Good breakfast and lunch (open buffet) for reasonable price. Excellent service and communications with clients on all levels. Very well managed hotel.

Cons: Its old, the bathroom doesn't even has a plate, just the floor, front desk stuff very rude.
