Overview

If you are looking for a great time in the Southern United States, one of the best places to visit is Myrtle Beach, SC. There are many hotels in the area, and they offer lots of amenities including golf packages and beach packages. There is a premium on providing great service in this area, as hotels are very competitive. When you are looking for a great hotel with luxurious amenities and lots of different options, one that consistently comes to mind is the Dayton House Resort.

The Dayton House Resort sets itself apart by providing guests with the level of service that only a family-run business can provide while also giving guests the luxury of great amenities. When checking in, guests will notice that their rooms have amazing views of the 2-acre ocean-front property of the hotel. The beds have premium mattresses. It’s really easy to relax by doing laps in the pool or simply laying out and getting a tan on the beach.

The hotel also has fantastic dining. Enjoy a great meal at John’s Restaurant, which is open for breakfast and lunch. If you’re looking for something a little more casual, then the Yella Umbrella Bar and Grill is a great place to get a drink after a day on the beach. Mary, Jun 2024
booked this hotel based on all the 4 and 5 star reviews. I can only give it 1 star. Everything about it is poor except for its location right on the beach. The hotel is in need of major renovations. The only thing good in this hotel is the location on beach. Cleanliness is poor. Its galleries and rooms have a pungent smell. The room service is barely okay. Escalators are the dirtiest.
