Golden Tulip Westlands Nairobi

Golden Tulip has a fabulous range of items for a good start of the day. The staff are super friendly. The hotel is a bit tired, however clean and tidy. The location of this hotel is excellent with shopping mall within walking distance and plenty of restaurants.

The room felt dirty, with stains everywhere including the bathroom window. The electrical switches looked as if they were about to fall. The breakfast room also felt dirty and the choices were poor and low quality.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable. The staff at check-in were superb and were very accommodating to any requests. The barman on the rooftop bar was also great. The staff at the restaurant were a bit slow and a couple of the ladies were not very helpful.

Golden Tulip is a nice hotel in Nairobi Westlands. The location is good and we always felt safe. It has a good location and close to the airport. Pretty close to several malls and restaurants. In the direct neighborhood to my office.

The rooftop bar, the staff are very professional and welcoming, especially the lady at the reception. The hotel has a great gym with sauna and steam room. There's a great little mall only 100m from the hotel with a good food court - it was called Broadwalk Mall.

Several guests recommended choosing a room with a view, especially a superior room, for a better experience and great views of Nairobi.
