Guests consistently praised the friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the convenient location of the hotel. However, several reviews noted concerns with cleanliness, particularly in rooms and bathrooms, and mentioned that the hotel is somewhat outdated. Many guests were dissatisfied with the value for price, citing high costs for breakfast and parking. The breakfast offerings were also a common point of criticism, with guests finding them limited or overpriced.
