The AKA Times Square hotel is an extended stay residence-style accommodation that offers studio suites and one- and two-bedroom suites in the heart of New York City’s Theater District. The hotel also features a collection of penthouse suites with upgraded amenities and stunning New York City views. Most suites include full kitchens. Guest suites also offer high-speed WiFi and wired internet access, separate workspaces, custom furniture, and Egyptian cotton linens, flat screen TVs, and contemporary bathrooms with included luxury bath products and toiletries.

Some guest rooms are available with washers and dryers. Select penthouse suites offer full kitchens or wet bar option. The AKA features a total of 105 guest rooms and suites, all of which are non-smoking. Guests can also enjoy NOMI Beauty hair and makeup services in their suite by reservation, as well as in-suite dining, massage, and personal training services by appointment.

The hotel features a state-of-the-art fitness center known as Technogym, as well as a business center, laundry and dry cleaning services, fresh grocery delivery, complimentary tea and coffee service, and more. Guests can enjoy the a.13 Vodka Vault and rooftop terrace of the bi-level penthouse lounge area, which offers breathtaking views of Times Square.
