Pros: The restaurant both dinner and breakfast were very good. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Should have a pool. The shampoo and amenities are in paper bag packaging and not very good to use. Would have liked secure parking.

Pros: Staff were wonderful, room was clean and comfortable and food was great. Definitely will be returning on my next business trip

Pros: The rooms are excellent and the renovation is well done.The staff require immediate training in Covid safe hygiene standards and the Approved Manager requires training in the Liquor License regulations.He was making mango cocktails using his fingers to extract mango from the jar.He then licked his fingers and proceeded to make the cocktail!Upon returning to the bar to order a drink I observed the Manager Alex was pouring 2 glasses of a mango cocktail which he then proceeded to give to the front reception staff.He then returned to the bar and poured the remainder of the cocktail into a glass which he then stood at the bar and drank in front of staff and customers.Any staff member drinking on the job is not following the regulations.The standards of hygiene and education in standard health and hygiene rules and the current regulations for a licensed premises could be reviewed and staff training in all aspects of food service implemented.

Pros: Comfortable, but small room. Basically mining camp rooms. Has everything you need there - food, bar, gym. All the areas are clean and tidy.

Cons: I really didn’t appreciate being aggressively confronted by two male staff members and being accused of inappropriate behaviour towards female staff members. This confrontation was a cause of miscommunication, but rather than being handled in a civil manner, it was taken way too far. We received an apology and a free beer as compensation for the confusion, but it still left a sour taste in everyone’s mouth. This should not be a reflection on all staff as most were very kind and professional. Also the beer in the bar is well over priced as it’s just a stubbie poured into a glass. You can however request a carton as a much cheaper option.

Cons: 2 person in a bed quite small a bet funky I can't move, my neck been terrible for the morning. We are searching for our rooms for extra hours, difficulty to read on the map so tinny printing on the paper during at night, theirs no proper high lights on the map directly went thru our allocated rooms. Needs to replace a proper drinking water in a jug.

Pros: Very large carpark easy to access and easy way for check-in late

Cons: After a long drive (1000km) we have to stay in a dirty and smell room 😌

Cons: it could have been cleaner and the air conditioner was set on 22 which we couldn't adjust.

Cons: The room had dodgy furniture, no advice from management or clean bathroom.

Pros: The receptionist was very friendly.

Cons: The room was clean but very shabby and everything had seen better days. The desk chair was very worn and scuffed and certainly not what one would expect to find in a hotel. Obviously the cliental are mostly workers rather than tourists. The walls were very thin as we could hear the phone of the person next door vibrate even though it was on silent.

Cons: The room was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. The price was way too costly for what you got. The food at the restaurant was not nice at all.

Pros: Convenient, staff friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: Outdated room needs renovating. Had to keep the bathroom door shut otherwise kept smelling an awful mould smell. Old TV needs updating to smart TV.

Cons: The room wasn't very clean and the wifi doesn't reach the room. The tv remote And a bedside lamp didn't work

Pros: Exterior and interior had recently had a paint and been refurbished so looked lovely and fresh. Helpful and friendly staff member at check in. Plenty of toiletries, lovely hot shower and bed was really comfy with brand new looking cover. Clock radio available if needed

Cons: TV reception very poor so we couldnt watch the footy, (as we had found and mentioned on previous visits), 2 odd, stained tea cups, not even mugs, no hotel guide to tell us how to access internet etc and a very stained bathmat with no washcloths, which they normally provided so I didnt take one.
