The bed was very comfy and the shower was really good. The staff at The Market on our second morning were fab,
The bathroom being so small. And no coffee or tea making facilities.
Comfortable and clean. Staff was very attentive and helpful.
Resort fee should be waived during colder months.
Loved the location! The room was adorable! Katherine (I think that’s her name) she was super bubbly and always said hello every time she saw us! We had a lovely stay! The valet guys were super great and friendly too!
Front desk staff should be updated on local information. We asked questions about the trolley, with a different front desk person the following day and they informed us that they didn’t accept cards and told us where to find an ATM, but didn’t “know” that the trolley wont be able to make change. So we waited for 40 min. For the trolley just for them to tell us they can’t make change with our $20 bill we took out from the ATM machine. I had to go back to the front desk and ask for change. I get it that if you don’t know, you don’t know. And I know we asked other questions and maybe she was busy and we interrupted her. But still, she wasn’t super approachable, I felt like we were bugging her. It should be predicted that obviously we are getting cash, that it should be mentioned that we would need exact change. That experience was both miserable and embarrassing. The front desk staff should know all about the trolley as to never let that happen to a guest. It was really awful. I was super embarrassed in front of the trolley driver and everybody on the trolley. Especially after waiting so long for the trolley to not even be able to take it. That was the only negative thing though. All other staff was super friendly and approachable.
Advertised as room with 2 Queen beds. Room had double beds, as acknowledged by the desk clerk, who also indicated there were no other rooms available for us to substitute.
Clean, Friendly Staff. Location.
