The hotel staff were very accommodating considering we couldn't check in directly when we arrived at 4am. The best part about our stay was that it was one of our friend's birthday and the staff surprised us with a cake. That was very lovely and surely marked a great stay in Myanmar Treasure!

I liked my large room, the big terrace and the lovely view to the beautiful garden and the sea. I liked the large long beach and the fact that the cute village with lots of shops and restaurants was in easy walking distance.
The room was nice but a bit simple. Breakfast was ok but not huge or special and unfortunately they serve it only until 9 am - too early for a place in which you are supposed to relax!

The room and bed were excellent - the staff very kindly made up the bead with flowers and writing (though it was mi-spelt, it was a lovely gesture). The staff are very attentive and kind. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing great (except the omelets).
The grounds and wood work very tired and old - the bridge fell down whilst we were there and a lot of the outside woodwork was very rotten - (the room was not though and very good). The food and drink was very overpriced - 20% more than the next door hotel and no where near the quality. Rooms 801 and 802 and 901, 902 and 903 do not have a beach or sea view - they look out on to some wasteland at the back of the beach - with a bit of work by a few men, all of the weeds and wasteland could be brought back to beach - that was the most disappointing thing after spending $100 for the 'Front Row Beach Room' which was not.
