Pro " The hotel is very modern and sleek, great design al around. At check in they said I was upgraded and they have included breakfast although my reservation said breakfast was to be charged separately. Breakfast was amazing, lots of food to try, like all food that we tried in Lima it was just outstanding. Our kids double room was very big, our room was on the small side but with a very big bathroom and shower. Location it’s very good also. Staff is amazing, the just meet every that you need without hesitation "

Con " Tenth floor plumbing has problem with consistent water temperatures in sink and shower. When someone else where in the hotel turns on their water or flushes a toilet, the temperature shifts. The toilet does not always dispose of solid material with one, two, three or more flushes. "

Pro " Everything!! This is the best place we've stayed in Peru since we got here! The location is excellent, about 1 minute walk to Kennedy Park! The staff here are so nice, cleaning staff are so thoughtful. They even left us some small snacks after they cleaned! Breakfast is decent. They have a super nice gym and a sauna. I'm very picky about where I stay, but this place I really can't find a little bitty thing to complain about. "
