I received the two differed meals: chicken and pasta. I asked and I received. I am anti-wasting food!

Cons: "Can’t think of anything. A few times I’ve flown Delta, the service has improved. Having helpful staff on board is very important . Years ago it was very unpleasant to fly Delta because of rude flight attendants especially on us domestic flights. Hopefully that has all changed. Especially the older crew. If they can’t stand doing better customer service they need to retire . Happy to fly Delta and will let people know."
Cons: "Delta flies a lot of the CRJ planes, even on relatively longer trips. Traveling first class, the seats are a little wider than in coach and have a little more leg room, but calling it "first class" is a bit of an exaggeration. It's more like what coach used to be before the days of the flying sardine cans."

Cons: "Copa did not allow me to board plane with setvice animal. Stating paperwork is not acceptable for travel to Peru. I bought tickets on avianca and traveled to Peru and had no issues entering Peru with paperwork. Also copa lost luggage for 3 days spent 3500 on copa and received nothing in return"

If you are sitting at the last two rows (out of four), they might run out of options for dinner and you are left without choices. I feel sorry for the crew that have to come to you and say "I only have left chicken ". Very cheap airline overall. I can't believe this is Star Alliance."

The people from the Avianca counter in Miami is the worst. Also, when I arrive to Lima, got my luggage an one of them was terrible broken with the things that were inside. Will never use AVIANCA in my life!"
Cons: "Airline connecting flight from rio to Lima to miami. First flight was delayed, the four of us missed our second flight. Then we had to go to bogota from Lima and run to make it to our last flight. All of this made us miss work and sleep, 26 in airports and airplanes. The worst experience. Rude staff on top of it all"

Pros: "Tried to have two of my children's flight changed to our flight but the Avianca flight person said they could not do the change in Cusco and instead to do it in Lima.. The flight left 45 min late to Lima and arrived 20 min late. We ran to the Avianca counter and they then told us we were too late to make the change after 10 min of talking. We all missed our flight to bogota as a result and they told us flippantly we would have to pay to fly the next morning because the next flight that night was full. They then tried to dismiss us with a phone number to call to get help. After I protested, the supervisor finally cane over and after explaining how many times we were not helped and given false info, she finally miraculously found seats on the next flight and put us on it, in the very back of the plane even though there were many seats throughout the plane available. It should NEVER have come to that. I am disgusted with Avianca's customer service."
Cons: "Poor customer service. Lied to in Cusco about not being able to change the flight. Lied to in Lima about not being able to change the flight. Lied to in Lima about there being no seats on the next flight. Not helped and instead just given a phone number. To make matters worse, I also felt like we were racially discrimated against. We are African American and were treated poorly compared to the two Peruvian men who missed their flight as well. Avianca has a problem if this is its policy."

Cons: "They did not load my luggage in the airplane because there was not enough room. They promised to deliver it to my hotel at the night of the same day, but they did not. They gave me the same excuse, there was not enough room in the airplane, even though my luggage had a priority to be in the airplane. I had to discuss it with the call center stuff for a long time to make the arrangement to receive it as soon as possible. The call center stuff was not very helpful and just gave me a lot of unreasonable excuses. I am very disappointing with Avianca."

Cons: "They used a large plane with 3-section seating for this short jaunt (the kind where there's a third section of seating running down the center). There were a lot of empty seats, so I was surprised to see such a large plane used for a short domestic flight. Additionally, the crew gave me incorrect information about connecting internationally from Lima that, if I had followed those instructions, we would have missed our connecting flight. I'm glad I asked another Avianca rep once inside the airport."

There weren’t any gluten-free options for the snack that was provided. It was very difficult to get a boarding pass because we purchased through a third-party company. I had to get eticket numbers in order to prepare the boarding pass. You should be able to get a boarding pass with the booking confirmation number, but that would not work.
Cons: "The flight was 2 hours late from Karachi to Turkey and again 2 hours late from Turkey to Houston.The plane was super crowded, the seat was very uncomfortable. Turkish airlines need to reduce their ticket prices because they provide poor services to their passengers."

Pros: "I’ve flown Many airlines in the past but my experience with Turkish airlines was wonderful. The only bad thing was that there was a lot of turbulence. The staff were super helpful, every time you asked for something they provided quickly. The seats were spacious. Great flight entertainment tons of movies to choose from. Food was yummy. Will defenitly fly with Turkish air in the future."

Cons: "I was in the middle seat next to a very big man. His belly and arm was spilling over to my seat. I could not even pull out my food tray from inside the arm rest. Had to eat with my food on my lap. Throughout the long flight his arm on my side and his elbow was hurting me."
Boarding could have been smoother. There were several attendants standing at the gate instructing everyone to how to scan their boarding pass. This was a slow process. It would have been much more efficient if the attendants scanned the boarding pass since they are much more efficient at it. TI would have probably saved their voices as well. Having the attendants scanning boarding passes has been a standard everywhere for a long period of time. Why change the procedure?
Food was good. Plane was new as well. I think I can not complain any thing.
The business class seats really miss the mark. There’s virtually no personal storage or a place to set anything, getting the tray out of its holder (and then back in) required guidance and strong arms, and the lay down beds were tight. Also, the controls adjusted when a single wet nap envelope was laid on top of it. Disappointing experience for $10k

Cons: "With a short layover and a bit of a delay coming from Seattle, I rushed through immigration and security and ran to my next gate. Even though I arrived at the gate two minutes before the scheduled departure time, the plane had already left the gate. VERY disappointing and will probably be the last time I fly Lufthansa, especially through Frankfurt."
