Quick and seamless boarding. No entertainment but fast Starlink wifi for this short trip and the staff was really friendly.
I dread trans-Pacific flights. They are very long. This was my first time on Universal, and it was my best crossing ever. The staff were professional, the hospitality was great, and the food was delicious. The entertainment system filled the long flight hours. I will seek out Universal flights from now onwards. 🙂
The food quality sucks. One must starve if they do not eat flesh Or wheat based products Some variety would be expected. The trivial amount of snacks and or food is inhumane
We Left Calgary 1/2 hour late and that made for a tight connection in Denver. After arriving everything was done to help us make our connection. That was a great effort. Thank You United

My flight was delayed about 1 1/2 hours in Chicago, but other then that it was a good flight.
The experience was great, the crew was very polite and hospitable. I will definitely make if my go to airlines.

Flight was good, breakfast could be much better. We had come from a domestic flight on the same aircraft and the domestic flight was much better regarding service compared to this international flight.
I accidentally touched a cabin steward as she passed by and she reacted harshly yelling in a loud voice “don’t touch me”. It was embarrassing and uncalled for. I would characterize a few of the cabin crew as pretentious and aloof. Not at all what is expected. That was the first leg of our trip from Montreal to Munich. The second leg from Munich to Nice was more in keeping with the service I expected.
The staff could not have been any friendlier. Lots of usb ports on our aircraft.
It was crazy, boarded over a hour late from scheduled departure. Then when arrived in BNA issued with getting off the plane…over 1/2 hour. Not looking forward to flying Air Canada, ever again.
Great flight. Only complaint is it took over an hour for my luggage to get to the carousel on the return to LAX That was irritating
The service to/from the airport/plane (wheelchair assistance for my mother in law) was exceptional. The staff was super friendly and courteous. The staff on the plane was also very nice. The food quality could have been better (mashed chicken sandwich).
The flight was great. I like it when airline capitalism give you information. For someone with flight jitters it really helps. And this captain was very cheery and reassuring. I had trouble understanding the head flight attendant because she spoke very fast. But overall staff were very helpful and kind.
1 hour late No hot drinks No restroom in the back of the plane
You was on strike and I had to get another r flight and you did not give me my money back
I handed in my suitcase in perfect condition at SAL Airport. And in MIA Airport I received it with one corner broken and the wheels bent.
6 hour flight and have to pay for everything 100 dollars to add a carry-on bag is insane
Horrible experience. Flight cancelled. Arrived at destination 12 hs later. No one gave us an answer or any information. Very very poor service. We won’t ever travel again with Avianca

Boarding, crew were excellent, food was ok and entertainment need to improve
Luggage lost and nowhere to be found, no response from either airline regarding my bag
The seats were uncomfortable and barely reclined at all. Very little leg room despite being business class. The crew was friendly and the food was good. Had to use my own phone for in-flight entertainment.
The check in is the only positive thing in Avianca. The seat is the most uncomfortable I have traveled, the distance is minimal.
No food, terms when selling are not clear. To pricy for the service in general
Avianca is not what it used to be. So disappointing
