Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, as well as the overall cleanliness of the property. Many found the breakfast to be basic but satisfactory, though some wished for more variety or quantity. Opinions on bed comfort and room quality were mixed, with a few guests finding the beds hard or uncomfortable. The location was generally considered convenient, though not ideal for exploring certain areas on foot. Some negative comments mentioned noise, outdated facilities, and discrepancies between photos and reality, but positive experiences with service and cleanliness stood out overall.
