Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for travelers needing easy access to transportation or the border. Many found the breakfast options to be good, with some highlighting variety and inclusion in the price. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dusty rooms and old carpets, as well as inconsistent service, including unhelpful or unfriendly staff and limited English proficiency. Overall, while the location and breakfast were strong points, cleanliness and service could be improved.
