Many found the rooms clean and modern, with some highlighting comfortable beds and useful amenities like fridges. However, several reviews mentioned issues such as lack of air conditioning, noise from the street, and the absence of an elevator, which could be problematic for some guests. Service experiences varied, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others encountered unresponsive or overwhelmed personnel.
