Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, pools, breakfast options, and scenic location. Many enjoyed the onsen, spacious rooms, and family-friendly amenities. While service was generally good, some guests experienced slow or insufficient staff responses, especially during check-in or meal times. The breakfast and pool facilities were highlights for many, and the hotel was considered safe and comfortable for families with children. Some minor issues included dinner quality, room amenities, and value for price, but overall, the positive aspects outweighed the negatives.AI-generated from customer reviews
