The pickup wasn’t great. Some parts of the car didn’t work all the time, like the backup camera, Apple play and screen but were mostly good. Car drove well. Drop off was super easy too and the price was great. Overall a very good experience

I didn’t like anything when we arrived they asked us for more money to give because we didn’t have credit card. From 91 € they asked 215 € and so we didn’t proceed at all, and went to another lease company

First time in Croatia and really appreciate Christian from the Dubrovnik Airport giving us advice on parking and driving in Croatia. It's quite difficult to find parking near the city centers, especially free, so definitely ask around. He also recommended that we get a bigger car with more horsepower because they drive quite fast on the highways, which was completely true. Car was clean and had no issues navigating narrow streets as long as you're extra careful.

I needed a car rental with pick-up and drop-off in different cities. Sixt was able to accommodate that. I was a little weary at first because I have not rented cars from Sixt before. I was pleasantly surprised. The service people were very friendly and competent, communications were clear and I had an overall great experience with Sixt.

I ordered e class through Kayak and received c class instead which is lower class. Due to Covid i had to change dropoff zone which was out of my control and have not heard from hertz or kayak after complaining

Pickup was easy and comprehensive, drop off was super seamless too. The only issue was we wanted to extend the rental and the phone number for the Dubrovnik Avis is not up to date, so we were not able to contact them and extend.

Picked up the car, that was beat up to say the least. Took pictures of all the external damages before driving off the lot. As soon as we left, lights started to come on one by one: low tire pressure, check engine, low oil. The car was pulling to the right, the balance was poor. Tried to contact Alamo/enterprise to no avail. We had no time to wait for service, checked oil levels (was barely min), tire pressure and decided to drive as is. After dropping it off after hours at the destination airport location, got a bill for damages from a no reply email (really???). Emailed the company after researching where to send it and they sent pictures of damages I was billed for. Sure enough, the damage was exiting and I had pictures to prove it. Still at it, not sure how long it will take to resolve!!!! Document every single thing, these people are trying to make money every way possible even if by scamming! NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!

The insurance applied through the Kayak booking was not acceptable at the Alamo pick up and they wanted another $1600 deposit. They had also never heard of Kayak. Later, the car lock stopped working and they offered no help.

The car had 88,000k in mileage, evidence of heavy hail damage throughout the car body and tires with no tread. Upon pickup and seeing the condition I asked for a different car but was told it was the last despite there being numerous other vehicles in the Avis lot
