Location and architecturel. Great staff and clean room
Shower with no curtain and the bathroom was always wet after shower. Broken shower handle. Construction around the hotel.

The location is splendid, just opposite the theatre in the very centre of the town famous for its Art Nouveau style. We were a bit unlucky because the road and square in front of the theatre were under renovation, so the surroundings were not as beautiful as they would normally be. The room was clean and the personnel was polite and helpful.
Breakfasts could offer a better variety of things to eat.

one of the receptionist was really rude and the breakfast was not nice at all. No fresh bread , no bake rolls or anything beside bread. They have in theory but they dont fill up the breakfast table at all. the stuff only spoke romanian there.

Good location but worksites around.
The breakfast was poor and low low quality. The personal was totally indifferent with the visitors. The furniture was old and partially damaged. Not a 4 stars hotel!!
