Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for visiting local attractions like Puy de Dôme and Vulcania. The service and staff consistently received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness. Many reviews highlighted the quality and variety of the breakfast. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, and several guests mentioned spacious family rooms. However, a recurring negative was the lack of air conditioning, with some guests finding the rooms hot during summer. Some also noted that the decor and furnishings were dated, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.
