Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful service, and clean, modern rooms. Many appreciate the amenities such as the onsen, breakfast, and in-hotel convenience stores. However, several reviews mention that the rooms are quite small, and there are frequent complaints about long elevator wait times, especially during busy periods. While most guests find the hotel comfortable and well-organized, some note issues with bed comfort and additional charges for amenities like the gym or breakfast for children.
