Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel’s central location, making it easy to explore the city and access attractions. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, there were frequent complaints about the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and bathrooms, with several guests noting issues like dated decor, insufficient air conditioning, and noise from the street. Some found the beds uncomfortable, and accessibility was occasionally mentioned as a challenge. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
