Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and attentive service, and high-quality breakfast offerings. Many appreciated the beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere, and clean rooms. The staff received frequent compliments for their professionalism and helpfulness. However, some guests found the rooms small or dated, and a few mentioned issues with noise, hard beds, or minor maintenance problems.
