Pros: The View was fantastic. Ingrid and the other lady there were so kind and welcoming and helpful. warm breakfast of eggs and delicious bread's fruits yogurt beautifully presented was a start to a wonderful day. the grounds and house are beautiful. the room was so welcoming I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Ingrid and hello to the beautiful blue eyed kitties.
Cons: Everything was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely gorgeous and the highlight of our visit to various cities in Sardinia - MUST book the sea-view terrace. Stunning. So many lovely touches like local flowers in the room, candlelit hallways at night, and a very thoughtfully prepared breakfast. We were sad to leave and could have stayed for a week. Very romantic. Great location perched up on the hill above town, yet also very close. Can’t speak for the other rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First and foremost, the view, the silence around the place and the cats. Ingrid and everyone are lovely hosts. The place is great for romantic nights and Ingrid makes sure to create the atmosphere. It looks better than in pictures. Rooms are cleaned daily and sheets and towels are changed every 3 days. We were located at ground floor but still I was impressed with the water pression (ladies with long hair know how important this can be). There is free parking at the property, right behind the building. Close to Cannigione supermarkets and restaurants but still, car is recommended.
Cons: There is nothing really that we did not like. Maybe just two small improvement feed-backs: some drawers or shelves in the bathroom/ room for small objects and a bit of variation at breakfast, including salty food (the breakfast is mainly sweet: croissants, gems, biscuits and yogurt).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Property was full of character with beautiful views.
Cons: Breakfast was nice but choice was limited & a little on the small side. Rooms were not sound proof so there was some noise from banging doors.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: -Great location with a parking spot, over viewing the port from our window. -Lovely host and very quick response if you ask any questions. -Super clean room with lovely and cute decorations everywhere. -The owner lights up the candle in the house for the night which looks super romantic and homey.
Cons: Nothing!!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: amazing view nice garden friendly staff (Ingrid really helps you out on trips and recommendations on what to do during your stay - that´s great!)
Cons: some modernizations (e.g. new fridge, shower) might be due within the next couple of years, but thats only a minor point as everything was really clean, nice and comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view, genius loci. Loved the care Ingrid takes of the property.
Cons: Loved it! No complaints. Accessible by car.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Ingrid is a very nice host and did a lot of effort to help us find a sailing trip in the archipelago, beautifully decorated and clean rooms, great view over the harbour from the breakfast terrace.
Cons: Breakfast portions are maybe a bit small, but include fresh products and fruits, so overall still a nice breakfast.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing bed!
Cons: The fridge didn’t work properly. Breakfast could have had more healthy options.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super friendly and always keen to help! Breakfast was very good.

Pros: Excellently located hotel, situated near La Maddelena port and no more than five minutes walk from the shopping/eating area. The staff were excellent and breakfast was good. Free (although not secure) car parking available at the rear of the building.
Cons: The bed was very firm which was ok for a couple of days but, for us, would not be for any longer.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect. Just around the corner from the main attractions so was very quiet but easy to walk to the harbour for boat trips and restaurants. Also a supermarket next door was convenient Our double room had a super king sized bed and was very spacious and cool. Simone was extremely helpful and friendly and we were very appreciative of the welcome snacks and farewell souvenir.. Friendly an
Cons: I found the bed rather hard
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff welcomed us with a light snack and some iced tea. Although our room wasn't ready for an early check-in, we left our luggage at the reception and they brought it to our room later on. There was a sign and rose petals wishing us a wonderful honeymoon in our room. They offered us to leave of luggage after our check-out so we could spend the day at the beach and shower afterwards using their facilities. However, our plan was to go to the Oasi Biderosa beach off island the next day and the staff made the reservation for us. They negotiated an extra hour for arrival at the beach due to the fact that we had a 2-hour drive to get there (reservations are usually held until 10 am). Breakfast was really good, breakfast area was extremely charming and there were lots of advice on nearby restaurants. There is a Jacuzzi and pool onsite, although we didn't get a chance to use them.
Cons: A bit pricey compared to other accommodations in Sardinia, but it was money well spent. We wish we would have had more time on La Maddalena to fully enjoy all of their facilities.

Pros: The Australian owner and her daughter are extremely friendly and welcoming and moved us into a lighter room after finding out we liked a room with large windows. Breakfast was very nice with the owner taking the time to talk to us every morning about many different subjects. Rooms are large and well designed with very warm colours and original touches. The location is fantastic, 5mn from the port. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Hotel Mon Repos - Baia Sardinia - Building
6
9.1 Excellent (265 reviews)
C$ 159+
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, both for people with or without a car. Great breakfast, very careful and nice personnel, cleaning everyday. Good room (recently renovated, though not new but nice looking furniture) with big terrace (great side view to the sea) - perfect for afternoon tea or glass of wine or sleep in a shadow. Very quiet , though in a minute from shops and restaurants. Gelatery and wine shop near by recommended as well). Supermarket/ market is 10 minutes walk/ 2 minutes by car- good selection of fruits, cheese, meat, wine, bread. Very good restaurant at the hotel - pizza is the best in the area!
Cons: No private beach was not a problem at all - local beach is perfect (only a couple of days was really crowded, other days was comfortable), towels are provided by hotel, umbrellas and beds at the beach are 30 € per day, but we never used them, anyway we were traveling by car at different beaches so the best solution is to buy umbrella for 10€ and relax where you want. Overall no good choice for children menu in restaurants on the island- only pizza and pasta(( but you can find a solution with food from market.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the room with a side sea view and loved it. The hotel personnel was helpful and friendly. Ladies at reception advised on restaurants and attractions and helped with reservations. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast with a great selection of options for every taste.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views, great location, everything nearby, nice staff, strong WiFi throughout
Cons: Unfortunately the air con didn’t work well in the room during the day, and I only had one thin pillow on the bed, a bit uncomfortable.
6.3 Good
Pros: Amazing location, nice pool, plenty of restaurants nearby.
Cons: Staff very unhelpful. Leaking air conditioning unit was unresolved at 2am despite pleading with staff. Lied to by night security that they had contacted owner/manager who would resolve it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We received a lovely, warm welcome on arrival and all the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was so good we ate there four times, they even cooked our catch for us one evening! The hotel is perfectly located for the beach, restaurants and (with a car) visiting more of the island. Our room was perfectly equipped with a great terrace and lovely view.
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very nice and friendly. It is two minutes walk from the beach. The staff upgraded our room to sea view at no extra cost (it was at the end of the season - last week of Sep)

Pros: Beautiful location, friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Wonderful pool. Adequate breakfast. Clean rooms although basic. Beautiful views overlooking the pool & sea. Great price.
Cons: The beds were exceptionally hard as were the pillows. The towels & blankets were rough & need replacing. The staff did however try & mike the mattress more comfortable for me. We would definitely go back if the mattresses & pillows were replaced.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly, welcoming, efficient and extremely pleasant. They were helpful- all would go out of their way to serve and support any request. The added bonuses of beach umbrellas, chairs, cool boxes to borrow at no extra charge was appreciated. Check in was extremely quick and efficient. As room was vacated on last day - luggage storage and use of shower room with fresh towels was very welcome. Breakfasts were very enjoyable- a wide selection to be enjoyed with excellent service. Drinks and snacks were available all day and freshly made- big salads and sandwiches made for journey home were delicious. Views from hotel and local beach are fabulous. So many personal touches made for a very pleasant stay- thanks to all staff. With thanks Joyce and Eric

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money and exceptionally friendly owner and staff. Always on hand to help answer any questions or help out in any way. Cleaners do a great job every day cleaning the rooms and the bedding was very nice quality cotton. Very peaceful at night for sleeping and air con a bonus. Showers were good Balcony sea view was lovely and always cool. Owner is upgrading windows on lower floor that overlook the pool this Winter. Guests will be able to see out but guests using pool or walking by will not be able to see in. Great idea :-) Breakfast 8-10.30 am and was always plentiful and tasty and always served with a smile. Small fridge in rooms and a safe. We felt very welcomed.
Cons: Loved it all as such great value for Sardinia :-)

Cons: The hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My room with amazing sea views and little terace. Food is delicious.staff very polite and helpful.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: LOVED this place - was the absolute highlight of our stay 8in Sardinia. Luigi in the restaurant was so polite and so knowledgable! Will definitely go back!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful, premises are clean, and room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was good with fresh, good quality fruit being the highlight!
Cons: Very disappointed with the rate we booked at - it was about 60% more than the average room rate. We did not get the value for our money and feel it's not right to overcharge guests so much. It's a shame because this discourages us from recommending the property to other friends and family.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hotel, great food and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Close to sea and lots of lovely little beaches with no one on.
Cons: Be aware, there are lots of additional payments for facilities on offer. You have to pay extra for the sea terrace (which is worth it for a day or two), and yoga, unlike as stated in the facilities section).
7.9 Good
Pros: The front desk staff were superbly nice
Cons: The waiter apart from one were not so happy
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed from 23rd to 28th September. Room was clean and wide enough. It was sea view and directly access to garden. Air conditioner and hot water worked perfectly. The atmosphere was very peaceful and quiet. Swimming pool and bar were very cozy. We spent lot of time for reading. The location is close to beach and town center. We enjoyed also walking on beach side every morning and evening. We didn’t eat dinner there. Breakfast and lunch were good. Specially pasta with fresh tomato sauce was really good.
Cons: Beach parasol was too small and not stable for windy day. Hope they will replace the next year.

Pros: Friendly staff and great location.
Cons: Quite expensive for the quality.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The friendliness and kindness of the staff. Made me feel very comfortable and at home
Cons: For the price you pay, wifi should be access in your room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location, the public areas, the breakfast (Angelika’s cakes were amazing) and the staff; Laura at reception was extremely helpful.
Cons: Lack of wifi, tea/coffee making facilities or hairdryer in the rooms. Some of the fittings appeared very old. The facilities were quite basic for the price.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff. Great location. Balcony
Cons: Noisy hotel. Every time someone flushes their toilet you hear it very loudly!! . Also live concerts in the nearby square are super loud so no sleep. When they did our room the next day they left the new sheets just folded on top of the bed so we had to make our own beds which was strange when they charge over €100 per night. No fridge in the room. Tiny screen as TV. It is a great little hotel but overpriced for what you get. The super plus is the location and the very friendly staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent. Friendly, efficient and very accommodating. They allowed us to take breakfast out of the dining area in order to watch the rugby world cup game. They also arranged a packed breakfast for one of the group who was leaving early.
Cons: Showers could be inconsistent with the temperature fluctuating
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fabulous. Great variety of pastries and fresh. Cereal, yoghurt buns and jams or sliced meats and cheese. Secured parking which is very helpful because street parking is restricted to locals. Great central location.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was central, clean and staff
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location and had parking. Staff extremely nice. Double rooms are airy and have balcony.
Cons: Single rooms do not feel as welcoming as the double rooms. The sewage from the pipes in the bathroom can cause a very bad smell after windy days and rooms need to be aired to clear the smell - this is manageable if you arrive during the day but would be a problem if you arrived at night and wanted to go straight to sleep

7.1 Good
Pros: The proximity to the town was great! We walked to dinner every night. The water at the beach was gorgeous. The frost desk staff was awesome! The breakfast was very good.
Cons: The beach facilities were disappointing. No bathroom or restaurant service there. You had to walk back to the pool area. The beach attendant was not very helpful. If you did not arrive by 8 a.m. you were in the last line. There was a big party for Ferrogosto holiday and a big dinner at our restaurant that no one told us about. The whole attended but was never communicated to us. The 1st room we were in was what we expected however the AC was not working. We spent the night there and the next day when it was not fixed they moved us to an upgraded suite. That room was comfortable but the housekeeping staff was a little lacking. I left. Them a note and they tidied up a bit more.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome breakfast buffet. Location is great and staff are always keen to help you and make your stay the best experience
Cons: Nothing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great, from the reception to the check-out. I would definitely return. Only a couple of complaints, see below. Btw the beach is beautiful, and the town also.
Cons: The only problems were a weak wifi reception and poor A/C cooling in our room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendliness of the staff was exceptional, the views from the room and the restaurant were beautiful and the food was excellent.
Cons: There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room
6.3 Good
Pros: The hotel was beautiful the rooms were beautiful except for the one we stayed in. We were crammed a tiny room with a giant bed. We could barely pass each other and it was all the way up top. I asked the front desk if he could change our room because my husband was handicapped and we wanted to be down lower but the optional room he gave us was a disgrace. All we wanted was a room stat at least fit the description and picture of half board room we paid for. The hotel was not sold out there with plenty of rooms he could satisfy us with as we walk through and seeing how many there were available. Very unaccommodating. Fabrizio only offered us a smaller room behind the office at was as depressing as a broom closet and even worse than the room we were in. The room that we got to start with was not the description nor anything like the picture. The brochure description even mentioned a walk in closet in the advertisement. Which I wouldn't have cared about that at all at least if the room resembled the ones that was shown for rooms w half board. We did not have two chairs or even a small little sitting area in like the pictures expressed. No exaggeration we literally walked over top of the bed when we passed each other. We could barely walk around the room without smashing into each other. We had the store are suitcases in the bathroom what's that bathroom could have used a major upgrade. Beautiful hotel but I definitely wouldn't recommend it do to a bit snobby staff and the horrible food. I will say that people that take care of the rooms clean I Hotel and others that help out at the hotel we're very nice and the rest of the staff should take their behavior as an example of how to treat people and put a genuine smile on your face.
Cons: Fabrizio at the front desk made us feel like he didn't like Americans. And if that wasn't the case then he probably was not a very pleasant man and made us feel as though we were beneath him . A bit sarcastic and not very accommodating. The wait staff was more concerned with racing and rushing around then being Pleasant and ask not engaging at least smiling. I've been to Italy eight times as far as the people though I can't say enough about them but this staff was not very pleasant. And the food was probably the worst food that I've ever eaten anywhere in Italy. Urge the guests that come in the future to eat somewhere else otherwise their experience of being in Italy won't be as Charming . We paid for breakfast and dinner but we ate out every day after the third day.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotels location is really good, there are some nice restaurants and shops very near by. Breakfast has a great view over the bay and out to sea.
Cons: The Room did seem a little dated, it had the traditional Sardinian style but even so could have been a bit fresher.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Super Service which was not expected at all. Child friendly even we was the only couple with a small child.
Cons: Almost nothing else to do except beach. So when the weather is bad, you are stuck.

Pros: Very nice and practical flat, nice view, nice residence.
Cons: Mattresses in kids room swimming pool side need to be changed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect in our stay in Maddalena. Daniela booked us a wonderful boat trip, told us the best place to visit and to eat. Thank you, Daniela!!! The Residence was clean, the kitchen had everything we need, and much bigger than we imagine. We are very happy to be there during 4 days and enjoy that beautiful island.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location with a beautiful view. Very nice appartment with everything you need. Two balconies, nice bedrooms and new bathrooms. Daniela is very helpful. Late check-in, find nice restaurants, etc
7.1 Good
Pros: Clean, new and nice and quiet ambience. Really nice terrace, kind staff.
Cons: Although the staff did all they could to fix it, the hot water didn't work. Which also meant the dish washer didn't. Also the washing machine was not connected properly and didn't work.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location at walking distance from the town centre and also a short drive away to many beautiful beaches around the island. The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated, kitchen was well equipped. Great views and secure private parking.
Cons: No extra toilet paper provided (we were only provided with less than half a roll and had to stop by a supermarket to buy more). Shower drain was quite blocked so the shower was overflowing very quickly unless you stopped the water every couple of minutes or so. Also need to be mindful that you need to dispose of your own rubbish in the bins down the road before you leave.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: - Great view of the village and the sea since our apartment was located at the highest terrace of this residence - Large apartment, very clean and well equipped (fridge, washing machine, boiling water, microwave,..). You feel at home - you can walk downtown easily in about 15 minutes and keep your car parked at the residence
Cons: - noisy in the evening : It seems that the owner 's apartment is located just above our apartment. 2 nights out of 3 we could hear noise since they received people late at night for dinner . We could also hear furnitures being moved on the tile floor during those evenings - one bed was not enough firm : time to change the matress maybe
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The swimming pool doesn’t work in afternoon and in the evening. There is necessary a swimming cap!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: - Very kind reception. Early check-in was possible and she made an exception of an later check-out because of our sleeping baby. - Complete kitchen stuff - Nice and clean pool - New crib for our baby - Nice appartement
Cons: - Opening hours of the pool were fair but good have been a little bit longer

Pros: Location execellant
Cons: Rooms were mediocre
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were really pleasant and helpful - nothing was too much trouble and they always greeted you with a smile and "buongiorno". There were no tea making facilities in the room, but we asked for a kettle and they provided one straight away, no problem. The room was kept very clean and the sheets and towels changed frequently, even though we hadn't requested it. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped with masses of flowers, several different pools and beach areas, all with shower off facilities and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas everywhere - again all very clean. The whole setting is delightful.
Cons: I went on one organised trip to the Costa Smeralda and the San Panteleo Market - I thought it poor value for money as there was too little time to really explore the market and too long in Porto Cervo, though I can understand that tourists being delivered by the coachload to a small village needs to be managed. The excursion to the Islands was much better, though I would have liked the opportunity to spend longer in La Maddalena. I think if they could offer a regular minibus service to/from some of the local villages/towns eg. Palau, Porto Cervo, Arzachena, San Panteleo, Olbia it would be a great alternative to packaged tours which rarely suit everyone. Many people prefer to explore a place in their own time, not be rushed on and off a coach with little time to appreciate the area and not everyone is confident enough to hire a car. Just one or two trips out/back per day, maybe different destinations on different days would give the guests an opportunity to explore the beautiful Sardinian countryside beyond the hotel in more leisure or even connect to the local bus service to other destinations.
7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel is in a great location and has plenty of parking onsite. We loved how it had private beaches and plenty of spots around the pools. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the water.
Cons: Breakfast was average and hotel overall needs an update
7.5 Good
Pros: The private beach of the hotel, location of the hotel as well and the view from our room ..
Cons: Most of the staff needs to be more trained in customer service and to be more professional
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic deep sea waters Great view to the sea - worthwhile booking a room with a view. No need to reserve a parking - plenty of free spaces next to hotel.
Cons: Food is a general problem. Limited choice of snacks at hotel beach bar Breakfast was very basic and mediocre.

7.1 Good
Pros: It was the busiest week in Italy where all Italians go on holidays. Hotel was busy but everything worked great. Breakfast is amazing. Overall I’d say it’s a 3 star hotel not 4. Good location only 15 min walking to town and port. Floriana the girl at Reception was super kind and helpful.
Cons: I was there for 5 nights and found the bed not very comfortable. Better mattress would make a difference!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in a lovely location, at the top of a hill overlooking the bay. The location, though, means that it’s a walk up a steep (albeit short) hill to get home (20 mins, 10 mins downhill) from the town centre. The pool is lovely and well laid out. The staff were all great and took good care of us, particularly the bar staff.
Cons: The only thing we didn’t like is that the bathrooms in the suites have glass walls on the bedroom side - not everyone wants to watch their partner/room mate having a shower. The hotel is aimed at package tours so the dinner buffet is served at 7.30pm; if you’re not there at 7.30pm on the dot, it doesn’t look quite as appetising.

8.8 Excellent
Cons: very poor wifi connection, absolutely not in standard with the kind of Hotel.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean and cozy with a staff that treats like someone you have been acquainted with. (ie good Sardinian charm) Pool area was constructed and integrated into the exotic natural local environment. Huge brunch spread! Concierge was helpful booking cars, scooters, and boat rentals.
Cons: Restaurant was abit expensive for Sardinia.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room and hotel was beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the spa, the outdoor pool area was very well kept. The customer service was brilliant, they catered to all of our requests including organising us moped rental. Very close proximity to the sea, not too far from the port. Nice breakfast. Really highly recommended.
Cons: Gym didn't open until 10!!!! The food at dinner wasn't 5*. We're veg and ordered the hemp pasta - it was a little weird. But the service was good.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location, food and nice spa.
Cons: Stingy, inflexible attitude where you feel they want to make extra money on absolutely everything.
5.8 Okay
Cons: I guess it wasn’t fit for us! We travail from Geneva wailing up @ 6:30 We arrived @ 15:30 and the room wasn’t ready we had to wait 30 min the offered us a drink will waiting that never came because there had not enough staff to handle the check in + the bar We ask for wifi will waiting the connection was really poor Facility > too bad the gym open @ 10:00 am when you want to train @ 8:00... Hôtel look fancy on picture but another story when you get there sorry to be brutal but doesn’t want anyone else to have the same disappointment than us Good luck to keeping those “5 stars”
6.3 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast Staff available for requests Nice spa Rooms above the pool can hear music until 23.30 even with closed windows, which can bother some customers Nice 1-day excursion of the western islands
Cons: Interior felt more like a business hotel No view of the see from the pool and hotel areas in general. The hotel has no beach and the one nearby is very unappealing. Hotel room with too few hooks for clothes and poor amenities ( no coffee/ tee facilities, few plugs and shampoo and soap not filled up regularly) Hairdresser and spa treatment below expectations
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Thanks for the excellent service and hospitality. All staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is very nice, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was great with a lot of delicious options. SPA zone is very clean and relaxing A special thank you is to Francesca at beach bar, who was extremely helpful, nice and made us feel like home.
Cons: Everything was great

Pros: We hab a really good time here!! The B&B is very central but still in a quiet area. It was like a second home far away from our home! Highly recommended!!! I would book it immediately twice!! Thank you guys for all you did for us!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Australian owner and her daughter are extremely friendly and welcoming and moved us into a lighter room after finding out we liked a room with large windows. Breakfast was very nice with the owner taking the time to talk to us every morning about many different subjects. Rooms are large and well designed with very warm colours and original touches. The location is fantastic, 5mn from the port. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Cons: Nothing.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The on duty manager went out of his way to be pleasant and helpful. Even to the point of helping when we had a problem starting our car.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: good breakfast, perfect location!
5.4 Okay
Pros: Convenient for the ferry
Cons: Overlooking a noisy car park.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location and a very stylish hotel.
Cons: Reception staff were friendly but not very thorough - forgot to give wifi code, promised but no follow up regarding a boat excursion, no maps available. Parking was available but 19 Euro per day seemed stepp for the location. We opted for the public parking which required regular moving and paying. The parking inspectors were most vigilant!
7.5 Good
Pros: Centrally located Nicely decorated building
Cons: Breakfast inside despite restaurant with outside seating next to it (restaurant seems not to be part of the hotel) Entiere food choice at breakfast buffet was not given during the entire breakfast time Missing coffee and tea facilities in the room
4.2 Okay
Pros: Plenty of boat trips available to various islands which is good
Cons: Nothing much to do around the area, hotel over looking a car par, which we were told about, some good restaurants but service very poor. Hotel room suite poor balconies unable to sit out on, moved to a lower standard room with balcony no compensation given.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel as a hotel. Close to pear. Very kind and helpful personel. Clean room and very big room.
Cons: I was very suprised that I need to pay local (city tax) tax because on my reservation was all incuded. Explanation that they cannot charge in advance becouse they do not know how long I stay is silly because reserwation was for two days and they know how long I stay. It is shame that I payed the tax twice even if I present that it is already covered by the reservation payment and it s cleary pointed by booking.com. I saw better 4 stars hotels all over the world.
