Pros: Probably best hotel in Pangkalpinang. Wifi worked well. Good restaurant. Clean and comfortable room. Reasonably priced. 10 minutes from the airport, at most.

Pros: building and everything inside the room are very nice. the staffs are extremely attentive. i give extra credit for all the people work in this hotel because in this island hotel management is not yet established. i believe it's just the culture and nice hospitality of the local people can treat the customers very well. they're doing a great job compared to hotel staffs in bigger city such as jakarta,yjogyakarta, medan etc.

Cons: if i may give a little critique is only the price. with 5 star standard hotel, they must maintain and keep the price strategy fixed. not because if there's an event and full, they increased the price. this is not a good practice but well it's applied in all hotels in indonesia i believe.

Pros: The balcony of the room has fish pond. Breakfast is good

Cons: The location far away from central of the city. Fitness center is useless, only 2 equipments.

Cons: poor staff hospitality

Pros: The dishes were too salty. It is close to the airport; yet, it is rather inconvenient to enjoy outside hotel's restaurant food.

Cons: If at all possible, it'd be good for the hotel to offer to the hotel's guests openly at least one-way free ride which starts at, let's say, 19:00 Hours Local Time from the hotel to a particular point downtown--for some hotel guests may consider hanging around in the downtown area.

Pros: What i like the best is its location. It's located between the airport and downtown. It's easy to reach from my site.

Cons: The window is not tinted. Not enough privacy cause my room could be seen from the elevator.

Pros: The food is delicious, the staffs are very friendly, the room is clean and comfortable.

Pros: Hope they improve...n breakfast is simple local food...need to add few western dishes

Cons: Old facility aircondition is fair...towels not that clean very old even laundried still can tell stain on towels
