Pros: break fast was not good.

Pros: Restaurant facilities for 24×7. Some of the rooms were upgraded. Banquet facilities for functions

Pros: Breakfast is good, quality of food is also good. Not very spicy good taste. Had dinner also there nice cooking. From Food's point of view its awesome. Location is also good easy to reach from airport or railway station.

Cons: The gentleman sitting at front office need to be more customer friendly and soft spoken as face is the index of mind. I remember after checking the availability on internet we entered in hotel and asked the gentleman about availability. To our surprise he straight away said all rooms are occupied. The tone was also not good. We instantly booked the room from one booking portal and showed the confirmation to the gentleman at reception. Again he rudely replied that he wont believe our booking and will check his system. After 5 minutes he said yes your booking is reflecting and asked his people to give the room. Its Corona time, business are going low. On one hand hotels are offering discounts to lure the customer and this man sitting at reception is adding loss to his owners business by refusing customers and talking rudely. I am writing all this in detail because I am also a business owner and understand the market situation. Hope these words would reach to the owner and he works on this. Only one business owner can understand the pain of others.

Pros: Very clean hotel, with comfortable rooms. The manager was helpful ordering taxis and such. No restaurant on the premises and access is a little tough- 3wheelers are not allowed in that section of town, so it's bicycle rickshaw or taxi.

Pros: My suite had treadmill, massage chair and spacious dinning space which I liked the most.

Cons: Treadmill at gym was bit noisy and gym area was little small but manageable.
