Everything the only minor daily was the rough toilet paper on the lower floor. But hey who cares anyway. Didn't want to leave this morning. We will be back for sure.
This is really a genuinely Great Choice Hotel in Portimao. There was no faulting in the stay at all. The rooms are spacious. The grand beds are totally luxurious . The Room maids are so happy and lovely. The reception staff couldn't be more polite and helpful ,they are true professionals. The Bar and waiting staff are very attentive and again know their jobs oh so well. The frozen Margaritas are great . Now the Chef's in the kitchen are brilliant with the large choice of such superb quality goods. It couldn't of been any better and far exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed half board and it turned out to be great value for money. Finally may I commend the Management because it was my true experience getting to know the staff that they are very committed to the highest level of service with a smile on their face at all times. And this is a true reflection of a Happy and we'll balanced Management who care for their staff. And the staff really were genuine and a true reflection of the Portuguese people. Don't just trust my word , go and endulge in the delights that this fine hotel resort is and enjoy the moment . Thanks to all the Top Notch Staff who really make this Hotel stand out amongst the others.

Nothing regarding the hotel itself, but Portimão is run down and dilapidated. This hotel is one of the best on the boardwalk.
