Pros (+) the staff helped with taking my pram up and down stairs multiple times, often voluntarily without my even asking for help. this was beyond fantastic as it helped me and my baby throughout our entire stay. staff also saw my trying to fill the kettle for the room, and did this for me, again, completely helpful, friendly, lovely.
Cons (-) the lamp in the room didn't work, there was no one to contact at 11pm to resolve this, no phone in the room, no staff at the desk. the milk in the fridge was already opened, again there was no one i could contact to assist. i didn't know the rooms used communal showers, this made things very difficult. visiting the website just now, and i've had to search to find information that would have me kno...
