Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breathtaking location and views, highlighting the convenience for exploring Positano and the beautiful scenery from rooms and terraces. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, making stays enjoyable and comfortable. Cleanliness was noted positively in several reviews, and breakfast offerings were generally appreciated. However, some guests felt the hotel was overpriced for the quality provided, mentioning issues such as small room sizes, maintenance problems, and value for money. Accessibility was also a challenge for some due to the many stairs required to reach the property, though this was often seen as typical for the area.AI-generated from customer reviews
