Pros (+) - Safe. l left my road bike in the car and I saw 2 full suspension mountain bikes locked outside in the parking lot overnight. No break-ins and nothing stolen as far as I can tell. - Clean. The interior were quite clean. - Owners are good people running a small business.
Cons (-) - Building really needs to be renovated. While the owners are making the best with it and keep it really clean, it still had a major ICK factor. Hopefully, they will renovate the building at some point. Princeton seems like a dying town though, not trending up for tourism. - bad wifi. The wifi sucks here, keeps disconnecting. I wouldn't count on the wifi working here. - I wouldn't stay here again....
