The location
The telephone and wifi were broken when we arrived. We told it to the front desk but were told that we did not connect correctly. We did try to connect correctly, it was broken. After 2nd or 3rd-time asking about it, the said they would send an IT-guy to come to check it out. Until that person actually arrived I already had figured out the exact problem and when the IT-guy came I told him what was wrong. Nothing happened after that, because the maintenance team has to take a look at that. During our stay, the TV broke down as well. The remote never worked fully. The fridge was pretty dirty and stank when u opened it.
