Pros (+) I loved the view of the pool area and next to the beach, everything looked nice.
Cons (-) I was disappointed with the breakfast cause I thought it was included with my stay since it said online "breakfast was included" so kinda like false advertisement. The blow dryer didn't work in my hotel room, so had to use the fan to dry my hair!

Pros (+) Nice room with nice views.
Cons (-) The first time that I had been in a hotel that had me sign and initial on paperwork upon my arrival, to NOT bring outside food, coolers even leftovers from a restaurant. We were not allowed to bring in outside drinks, even water! Unless you purchase from their hotel. It was definitely a turn off. The irony of it all was that there was a microwave in the room.

Cons (-) One of the staff members was very rude to us when we arrived but his supervisor quickly stepped up and corrected him and she offered us free breakfast. I was very impressed. I was about to cancel the reservation and book another hotel but she won my business. I will be using the hotel again

Cons (-) We (and people trying to Check-In) waited almost an hour to check out. The reason is that for most of the time, they had ONE PERSON at the deck..... FINALLY, they added two people to the desk, but this is just POOR MANAGEMENT!!! Pros (+) First time at Puerto Peñasco but it will definitely not be our last. Our stay was pleasant, I loved it and my kids loved the pool.
Cons (-) The only thing I didn't like is that one of the towel guys gave us a little hard time when I went to go ask for towels. It seem to me that he didn't know what he was doing.
