Very clean, very well located in the city center. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is decent. Room is spacious.
Small parking place, narrow and short. If you don't have a small car (flat 500 ideally or at worst a clio) and if you are unlucky on your parking place, you'll struggle a lot.

The rooms are really spacious. There is a lot of room beside the bed. The location is ideal as it is in the center of Puerto de la Cruz. In addition the personal is friendly. Finally it has a small kitchen and fridge.
The disadvantage of the spacious room, is that the wifi is not build for it. In other words, it usually functions well near the door and doesn't function near the window. Also when showering the flow of the water is good for the cold water. Only the hotter it gets, the less water comes out of it.

Modern rooms, good location. Fan in room. We stayed for 2 nights in Puerto de la Cruz in this hotel and one other hotel. This hotel was far superior to the other hotel and it was cheaper. I would definitely recommend
