Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, often describing it as central and convenient for shops and attractions. Many guests also highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. However, there are repeated complaints about the lack of air conditioning and noisy or inadequate fans, which made rooms uncomfortably hot. Breakfast receives mixed reviews, with several guests finding it lacking in quality or variety, though a few mention it met their expectations. Parking is available but can be complicated or limited for larger vehicles. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stand out most.
