The Hotel Plaza Quebec looks like a castle and evokes the city’s roots as a French Citadel in the New World, but with a location right by the business and shopping district, this hotel gets you right into the heart of one of North America’s most unique cities. The hotel itself offers a lot of amenities to travelers, including a large pool for you to swim in, or you can relax in the whirpool. Some people find that there are few things more relaxing than time in the sauna, and that is another thing the hotel offers. Pros (+) The restaurant was high end, but very good food. And drinks were fair priced.
Cons (-) They would not let us check in until 5pm even though it told us 4pm when we made our reservation. Finally got in the room and the toilet was clogged, and room not the cleanest. There were still towels outside our door and a mess all down the hallway.
