9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff was wonderful. Jennifer is very helpful and Irene was friendly and very nice. Overall it was a very friendly place that provided good value and a good location for the money. We were just there for one night and it met our expectations. The mall across the street has lots of good places to eat and the walk to the beach is very short.
Cons: I was surprised when we checked in that they don't take credit cards. That may have been buried in fine print somewhere but it wasn't at all clear when we booked. They may have this issue fixed by now but it is worth checking before you book.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a great time at this hotel. Location is ideal. Just a few blocks from the beach an across the mall. We had an early check out and the host cooked breakfast for us and put it in ziplock bags for us to take out. Really nice unexpected gesture. I’ll definitely be back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Jennifer was amazing helped us Alot. Explain all what we need. The best hotel manager that I ever met
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Was only 1 minute walk to beach. Very clean. Loads of bathrooms towels and beach towels to use. Jennifer looked after our every need from amazing breakfast, to cleaning rooms, to booking taxies. The owners are very lucky to have someone as fantastic as Jennifer here. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Great place ❤️ right across the road from Java vine an unreal cafe and shops. Great tv channels also
Cons: Nothing it’s fantastic
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly and even had to-go breakfast ready for us at 5:30am. The B&B was a quick walk to West Bay beach which has INCREDIBLE snorkeling.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff very helpful and friendly. Delicious breakfast. Room was very clean. A/C worked well and was very useful. Great value for price.
Cons: The water in the shower was either super hot or cold... So it was hard to get the desired temperature.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good location, comfortable and clean room, the breakfast was normal, the manager is an excellent person, yes I recommend this hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very well located, good breakfast, host very friendly
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Definitly staff!! Jenifer are incredible person!! She was so helpfull. She carred fot all house. Jen makes a delicious breakfest every day. The room was clean, towels was fragrant. The landlord is lucky to hire a person like Jen. She is trying very hard to be the best! Such an employee is a treasure! Thank you Jenifer!
Cons: The house is underinvested (hot water problem, ventilation). The landlord must work on the indicated problemes!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Delicious breakfast
Marble Hill Farms - Coxen Hole - Building
2
9.5 Excellent (34 reviews)
C$ 174+
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Marble Hill Farms in Roatan, you'll be by the sea and 10 minutes by car from Paya Bay Beach. Featured amenities include multilingual staff, laundry facilities, and a library. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: From the moment we drove up, Marble Hill Farms transported us to another world of relaxation. The setting is so serene, there are barely any people around and being an hour away from the airport (on terrible roads, but worth it), you would never know Roatan was a cruise ship destination. The staff is friendly, the daily breakfasts were outstanding, and we did not get too tired of eating at the restaurant (not that you have much of a choice). There's not really a beach, but there's a nice one at Paya Bay 15 minutes away. HIGHLY recommend Treehouse 1 at Marble Hill!
Cons: We missed the jam tasting!
4.5 Okay
Pros: The place was nice
Cons: Should invest is a pool, and at least lights along the trails leading to the Casitas
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was remote and quiet.
Cons: Not enough options for food.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: fantastic place for diving and relax
Cons: nothing, everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Tree house #2 was a dream!!! The view of the ocean during the day and moon reflecting off the ocean while laying in bed was just breath taking! Loved the outdoor shower! It’s also has a fully equipped kitchen which you can ask the cab driver to stop at super market on the way there if you don’t have your own car. There’s so much natural beauty- plants, parrots, iguanas and the cute dogs!!!
Cons: The restaurant for lunch and dinner could have more sea food options but really everything here was just great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The free breakfast in the morning exceeded my expectations. There was always plenty of options and was always fresh. The bungalow was incredible. The views, the breeze throughout the house, the quiet, the privacy; it was great. The activities and excursions they have are a lot of fun as well.
Cons: Salamanders getting in the house (not their fault) The wifi was hit or miss at times.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Paradise location, great food
Cons: If La Sirena a local eatery is suggested dont go there and eat! I got horrific good poisoning there which has left me very unwell
6.3 Good
Pros: We stayed in a treehouse and loved the view on the ocean. Also the feeling of being somewhere remote really pleased us as we were looking for a quiet place away from the crowds of roatan.
Cons: The food did not meet our expectations. Our eggs benedict were made with mayonnaise instead of sauce Holandaise. Not tasteful at all. Options for eating out are limited as this is a remote location. The hotel’s own restaurant is mediocre at best.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was really nice, we really enjoyed this place. Close to one of our favorite beaches, Camp Bay. Nice change from busy West End and West Bay. The property is beautiful and staff were super friendly! We loved the outdoor shower on the deck and the view from the bed. The restaurant, Crow's Nest, had good food and service too! Great price! This was our 2nd time to the island, we've stayed in West End, btwn West End/Bay, Sandy Bay and here. We will definitely be back here!
Cons: There was a tree in front of the deck blocking the view to the ocean. Maybe widen the walk paths. The shower head on the inside shower could probably be replaced, easy fix.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Who doesn't go there on Roatan, has missed something ... Great place! No hippie-museum like West End, no crowded cruiseship-passengers-hell like West Bay. Calm, serenity, nature, atmossphere and top restauration. Oaks, flowers, fruit trees, coco palms, a dry & much more moderate climate than in the West. Fantastic crew - Jana, Samara, Marek, Kuba and all others. Great food. Very nice dive team with Instructor Marcos (unfortunately Real Madrid fan :=) ... and Divemaster & Captain Eduard. Great dive spots, also. For me, Marble Hill and the Tropical Island Divers represented something close to paradise - and I've seen the world, believe me... By the way: I did not know that place before and I do not have any link to the crew.
Cons: Absolutely nothing
Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort - Coxen Hole - Building
3
8.9 Excellent (666 reviews)
C$ 412+
Overview Reviews
Infinity Bay offers the perfect combination of modern, upscale accommodations, convenient onsite diving, dining services, and a magical seaside location, where you can choose to do as little or as much as youd like during your stay.A short walk of 50 feet will bring you to the warm Caribbean Sea where you can dip your toes, or melt into your lounge chair while you sip a delicious cocktail and enjoy the colorful surroundings, warm sun, and tropical breezes.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Space, amenities, the service, staff, pool and beach and breakfast.
Cons: A few minor issues, WIFI kept going, the TV was not clear, most channels were in Spanish or unavailable and remote worked sporadically. The only other thing we did not like was the breakfast varieties, need more typical dishes and at least one NON-pork meat item, lots of people do eat pork.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: No internet and phone to call office, make 4 trips walking to front office, and end up charge rooms about 10 pm and no apology, next day no housekeeping have to call
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Cook at breakfast made my eggs without any oil as per diet restrictions. He went the extra mile.
Cons: No way to call guest services, had to fix phone then did not give us the number we needed. Difficult to order food to the room when we have to walk down and back up after a long day. No baking sheet or other kitchen neccesity supplies.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location on a beautiful beach with the most amazing coral reef right at your door step. Access to a big pool and restaurant and bar right on the beach was also essential. We felt very safe with security present and obvious, and we felt well taken care of. Infinity Bay Divers were also amazing to dive with. Breakfast was advertised as amazing and it did not disappoint.
Cons: As the island's most touristy, 'upscale' area, the cost of everything was high. Be prepared to pay much more for things than they are worth. Also not sure if it was the time of year, but the pool water was very warm so it was not refreshing to swim in. There could also be more umbrellas around the pool area and the beach area. There were signs saying that chairs cannot be saved, however this was not enforced at all. Guests would leave their towels on chairs and not be there the entire day and nothing was done about this.
7.5 Good
Pros: The beach front location and the double room with a kitchen.
Cons: You have THE WORST room keys out of any other place we have ever been. It was so hot outside and took up to 10-15 min to get in the room with the bands. Will not be returning due to this constant issue. When going back to the room, we were always so tired to only have to come back to a locked door that took so long to open. Half the time another member in our group stayed in the room to let us back in. The wrist bands DO NOT WORK. Front desk reactivated multiple times and just said move it around a little, but they are very very hard to get it to work. We love roatan, but will be staying els where next time. Pretty resort and great rooms you have though. Great staff.
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was ok and staff around us during breakfast were friendly! Pool and beach was nice!!
Cons: When I get to my room, I felt they gave me the worst room ever (it was in front of the parking, no view at all and tv picture was horrible). After putting me in a new room, a little better, remote control was not working, refrigerator was not making ice and water and no internet in our room plus bracelet keys were no working. After a while they came to fix everything. At night we wanted to order room service and there was no menu to order, I called the front desk to send a menu and they took almost 2 hours to bring one in. The next day again there was no internet in our room and when we called to send someone to fix the problem they said they did t have anyone working at night. Staff at the bar/restaurant around pool were friendly but slow. Maybe because of short staff in that area.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Most people were very helpfull
Cons: dining at the beach, food and service was good, except for the flies and sea fleas jumping on my plate!!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are great, full kitchen, balcony, the beach is amazing and the breakfast is very good and was included
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. We were a group of 14 on a family vacation with one person in a wheelchair. Everyone helped and went out of our way to make sure we were comfortable. Leah who works in the front desk went far and beyond by always greeting us making dinner reservations and remembering my name which to me makes it all that more personal. Location was beautiful with clear and calm water so that my little ones can enjoy. The bedrooms were a comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and kitchen living room and balcony. It was very comfortable and great because I bought food for my kids while we were there.
Cons: The only thing was that I wished all our apartments were next to each other but because of demand we were spread out which I totally understand.
6.3 Good
Pros: Loved the location, the diving and the spacious accommodations
Cons: Their website advertises 2 restaurants, but one was solely for breakfast buffets and the other was for outdoor lunches and dinners. It’s really only one restaurant considering the food originates from the same kitchen. Also, service was really slow. While the activities coordinator was friendly, we got misquoted on what equipment to bring for the dolphin action snorkel, which accumulated an additional expense for my sister. Then to try to make it up, he told us about a snorkeling excursion, but when we wanted to book it, we were told a different price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel staff, bar staff---Digna, Ziggy, Chock-o-latte---are the best.
Cons: Nothing.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good, a bit busy after 8am but very well done.
Cons: The fact that I was told I was getting a Garden view and what I got the last building on the property and the view was of a roof , tables and chairs in boxes all over the Garden... that was very disappointing, Mauricio at the front desk was trying to do his best to accommodate me but at the end nothing was done and we were stuck in the corner.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the hosts kindness, they even became our friends. The hotel is like being in a dream, perfect ocean view, great bar location next to the pool, the restaurant right in the dock which is very romantic at night, the room has a perfect size, a beautiful shower and a useful microwave and fridge.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: EVERYTHING!!!! There is not one negative thing to say about Caribe Tesoro! Kyle, the manager is INCREDIBLE! We simply told him what we wanted to do and he arranged everything at discounted rates! MJ, Norma, Hasney, Little D, Diana...all THE BEST!!!! They treated us as if we were royalty which made our visit one of the best vacations we have EVER had!!! Thank you, Caribe Tesoro!
Cons: There is absolutely nothing to write for this question. Absolutely nothing negative to say!

Pros: The location was perfect staff amazing
Cons: The beach bar needs refurbishing lots of flys
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, great pool, beautiful facilities
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Food was excellent! Service was excellent. Views we amazing! My family and I didn't want to leave!!
Cons: I do not have one complaint!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location on the quiet part of West Bay beach. The staff all spoke good English so easy to communicate and everyone made you fee like you were the only guest there. There is security on the compound and safes in every room. Also small touches made a big difference (e.g. having a purified water dispenser in the room for clean water). Thanks for a great stay!
Cons: Because I booked with Booking.com, the airport transfer and breakfast wasn't included (you have to book directly with the hotel for this) and I didn't understand this fine print at the time of booking. There was no price differential between the booking.com price and booking directly with the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb location a 5 min walk along the beach away from the touristic part of West Bay Beach. Outstanding is the service that makes you feel at home - so friendly, helpful but also professional enough to leave you your space.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is beautiful, with its own dock and 10m from the beach. The staff is great and always were trying to make us happy. The food in the restaurant is good and with best prices on the beach.
9.5 Excellent
Cons: Lack of signage to direct you to the resort
9.3 Excellent
Pros: beds were comfy, airconditioner was great, lots of hot water and staff very nice
Cons: would have preferred fresh water pool
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views, awesome pool, Puma the bartender, close to everything including gumbalimba, staff were attentive.
Cons: Breakfast is only included for those staying on the second floor

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. The view was amazing. Beautiful sunset to admire from the pool or the room. A/C was working great and not noisy. Big bathroom. Great people all around.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean, quiet, ample resources to make a large group feel very comfortable. In addition, very safe property, well stocked house that had everything we could possible need!
Cons: The photos on the website were not overly accurate as to the place we were getting, nor did it really explain what would be provided on the property. That being said, it was beautiful and well outfitted, so it wasn't a problem!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was fabulous, close enough to the bars and restaurants but far away to enjoy the tranquil island atmosphere
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good clean room. Beautiful property. Nice pool area.
Cons: The nightly rate was high compared to similar properties in the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely beautiful location and views of the ocean/ forest. Unlike some beachside places coco lobos is tucked in more organically to the forest with lots of tree se and plants around. Every room has a wonderful view of the ocean (it’s a beautiful Ricky beach/not a sand one). I love snorkeling and you can walk a couple hundred feet to stairs that let you just walk into the ocean and directly into the reef. Very convenient and cool. The location is also very useful in terms of proximity to West End. You are about a 10 minute walk from the strip of shops restaurants in west end. It the layout of the place makes it seem like you are miles and miles away in the forest near the sea. The best of both worlds.
Cons: It’s not a good place if you want to party in your rooms. The vibe is very quiet and relaxed. I was on the bottom floor and you could sometimes here the upstairs people walking around.
7.5 Good
Cons: Several days we were without electricity for a few hours. I also think the AC should be included with the price. Thank you.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the quiet private location. Close enough to everything but far enough away.
Cons: Location is amazing. Beautiful view all day eveyday!! Walk to everything within 3 min. Safe secure relaxing piece of heaven.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place. Nothing not to like. Great location, great staff. A short walk to West End yet very peaceful and quiet.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice view from our balcony. Very relaxing place and the room was big and spacious!
Cons: No extensive breakfast within the hotel. 10 min walk from center of town.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The views from Cocolobo were incredible, every room had a terrace with a hammock to make the stay that much better. The location was perfect, you could walk to town and there was no need for a car.
Cons: We stayed on the ground floor and had upstairs neighbors who woke up extremely early and were not quiet after they woke up. The breakfast was very simple, but good.

Pros: Diving excellent but not a lot else to do
Cons: Not much to do if you didn't dive
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful spot!!! Wonderfully nice staff. Very nice facilities. Great Dive Operation.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It was small and private. Also very characteristic. The loft was very much like what my fiance and I would like to find to live part of the year in. The palapa was a fun area to snorkel.
Cons: A little far away from main towns. I think we would have been better to rent a car, especially with the amount of rain that happened when we were there.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I wish there was a VERY GOOD. I chose good because what is pictured in the photos is definitely on the PERFECT DAY when everything is perfect. We were also led to believe that all bathrooms were the outdoor bathrooms. I will say this though, the staff was amazing!!! Gary, and everyone else who took care of us did an amazing job!
Cons: I guess I would say the photos in the ads. It looks like an amazing resort from the ad on the website, however when you get there everything looks a lot older and not very well taken care of. It is definitely misleading.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning was super cold. A much needed comfort and luxurious stay after staying on Utila for 2 1/2 weeks.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The cottage was very comfortable and everyone was very nice. The reefs were amazing and the diving was very convenient.
Cons: If you could turn down the wind please? Seriously, it would be nice to have the trash picked up on our private island—on one end it was a real eyesore.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was awesome! Very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Cost of meals

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, facilities, breakfast buffet, free airport shuttle, provided beach towels to us, and quiet at night.
Cons: Restaurant was overpriced compared to the one next door.
7.5 Good
Pros: staff and facilities in general cleanliness beach/bar excellent
Cons: no tea/coffee in room would have expected a bath and a larger bathroom everything occasionally felt a little expensive in $$
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay. We did not choose the all-inclusive package as there are so many place ks to choose from in the area and drinks are cheap somwhere close all the time. Beach was great, water was calm. Couldn't ask for more on that front. Nice people everywhere. Always had a smile.
Cons: Our only issue was water pressure or lack there of in the shower. It really was hit or miss if you would have some pressure or no pressure. We made it work. Only other thing we would have liked was a coffee maker in the room so we could enjoy our balcony in the mornings more.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast buffet... Location is exceptional... The staff was extremely friendly... You can walk up and down the beach to different restaurants and the food is excellent..
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the staff was friendly, clean room, beautiful beach
Cons: nothing bad to say
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, comfortable room and beds, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast buffet
Cons: Liked everything
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is great. Great location and very nice staff. People who work there are very friendly and approachable. We had couple of requests and they always helped with a smile and a great attitude. The beach around the hotel is very clean and well maintained. There’s a security person always around so you don’t have to worry to leave your stuff behind when going to take a dip in the beautifuly blue carribean waters. And the beach is cleaned everyday so it’s always neat. We really enjoyed everyday room service who do a great job (the hotel is basically on the beach and the sand gets everywhere). Rooms are nice and spacious, with a nice balcony. We came at the low season, for us this was great as we really wanted to have a quiet relaxing holiday. It was totally what we got.
Cons: Roatan, especially west bay, is a very touristy destination. We came at the low season which was great yet we could still feel how the hotel is adjusting to the needs of the tourists. It makes sense on the one hand and I understand why it’s happening. So on this note, I was expecting a bit more of the local feel and experience better of what the real life on a Carribean Island is like. Maybe connect more with local communities etc.. the food and drinks at the hotel restaurant, guess due to the prime location, was overpriced (hotels around, even more luxurious properties are priced more reasonably), and the options on the menu give you more of a fast food experience. Some local dishes are available too, though. We moved asked for a taxi to go to West End, which is about 10min drive, and we were charged 60$ which I find really overpriced too. There’s pop music playing all day long from the beach bar while sometimes we’d rather just listen to the sea. We are not morning people, especially when on holidays, and therefore breakfast only till 9:30 didn’t really work for us and we skipped breakfast couple of times. When it comes to payment for the hotel, I thought I’d be charged at the property or the earliest when the free cancelation window ends. However, my card was fully charged like two weeks before our stay already. It was a substantial amount and I couldn’t use my card anymore from that moment as it ran out of credit. Not a big deal only because I was traveling with my partner so we but can imagine this could potentially be an issue for others as it cans kind of unexpected.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the location, beach front with beautiful coral near by. The service and staff were all very nice and friendly. The food was also great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendly people, always making you feel welcome, clean at all times. Lots of trees! Pool were clean! Excellent food! Loved it
Cons: Internet had lots of blind areas but I think is for the concrete walls and dense vegetation ! But it was just in areas, not a big deal
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice, lots of choice and different each day.
Cons: Our balcony was not nice at all. No table and a view of a fence.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The beach and water are perfect. Food is great.
Cons: We chose breakfast only option. I think the values could be better with all inclusive. West End is the main eating option.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Can say enough about this place Truly a paradise a hidden gem
9.3 Excellent
Pros: You can’t find a better location. It has it’s own small private beach. You walk 20 yards and you are on the big popular beach. I like how the balance of privacy and yet right near all the activity. Also, if you want to scuba dive or learn to scuba dive this is the place to go.
Cons: I have not found a comfortable pillow in all of Honduras. We have stayed in some of the best hotels this country has to offer. I recommend bringing your own pillow if you want to sleep comfortably.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, location, location and the staff! They were always pleasant and so helpful.
Cons: My mattress and pillow could be softer and the bar needs to be stocked better. They were constantly running out of the specialty drinks and beer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was private, yet close to the action if you so choose to venture out. There is a private beach, opportunity for swimming and snorkeling, the food was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with our choice to stay at this resort.
Cons: Our only complaint is that it was sometimes difficult to pay for food/drinks due to the restaurant/bar not having change for larger bills. We ended up charging a lot to our room, which was convenient, but easy to lose track of spending.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were outstanding! Location is perfect. Three minute walk to west bay and quick water taxi to west end. Quiet, friendly atmosphere Really can’t say enough. Best vacation yet!
Cons: Warm breakfast could start earlier for divers.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Poor service, especially at the restaurant.

Pros: Wonderful place! Friendly staff ! I was in Roatan for business, but I will come here again with my family for vacation. The rooms are kept very clean and the onsite restaurant was absolutely fabulous. 5 Stars!! I really appreciated the hotel picking me up at the airport upon arrival and safely returning me to the airport for departure.
Cons: I have no complaints. No matter where you stay on the island, use bug spray. Roatan had many "no see 'em" mosquitos. But the beauty of the island and the wonderful people made up for the few bug bites.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location and food
Cons: I stayed at the first floor, so i could hear all the noises from the second floor
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The privacy. Great staff and security! Very safe and quiet. I love the location of the resort, very peaceful.
Cons: The smell in the bathroom.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is our second time a d I love the location and the friendly staff like Christine in the office. Great job to everyone.
Cons: They can have more specials as far as for lunch and dinner. We mainly ate at other restaurants because the prices where very high for the food. You can get more somewhere else for less $

Pros: I loved the location and the food at the different restaurants around the beach was good.
Cons: No privacy in the rooms. Sheer curtains on the glass door wish gives other people a clear view into your room. Sheets on the beds were all stained the room I was in was dusty. The photos on line are not accurate or updated photos. Had to remove the sheets from the bed to use as curtains. Was not able to go into my room until after 3 even though I asked if I could check into my room as soon as I arrived and was told yes but that was not case.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is amazing. One of the best spots on the strip. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Everyone speaks English. Not a luxury resort but an excellent stay with a local Honduran quality and feel.
Cons: All Good.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, great staff nice food
Cons: Cleaning should be improved
5.7 Okay
Pros: The beach
Cons: Very little services
6.3 Good
Pros: The receptionist were very nice and accommodating. We loved the hammocks in our terrace
Cons: The waiters of restaurant ignored us. We had to go get them so they can take our order. We only had hot water from the shower and the water was salty. The cheese and cream we had on our breakfast plate tasted like soap
8.3 Excellent
Pros: - Excellent location right on the beach. - Sun loungers included in the price. - We upgraded our room so we had AC, king size bed, fridge, water cooler, balcony and rooftop, and enclosed bathroom. - Staff very friendly, keen to chat and tell us about life on the island, and very helpful with advice. - They had their own restaurant and bar which was well priced.
Cons: - Rooms are very varied in style and facilities and it wasn’t 100% clear what we were booking. We were offered a treehouse with outdoor shower, so be mindful of this when booking! The treehouse would have been fun, but it was very hot. - Shower was very weak and had no hot water - luckily the water tank was on the roof so got warm in the sun! - We had a big problem paying for food / drinks (not paying for accommodation - two separate banks). My UK bank won’t allow payment to the bank they use in Honduras and it took an hour for them to find a solution. We would suggest they work with their bank so they can take payments from all countries without problems. - We were told we’d get a 10% discount on food and drinks but we realised after we left that this was not deducted, so remember to check.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Love it definitely will visit again
Cons: One of the beds wasn’t comfortable, plus one of the lights on the stairs to my room wasn’t working.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great beach, best place for diving.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location, right by the west bay beach. Very friendly people to check us in and show us to our rooms. A nice touch with the welcome drink. Room was spacious, very good a/c unit for keeping the room cool in the hot weather. A large fridge in the room was great to keep the drinks and snacks cool. Also arranged a taxi to collect us from the port. Think it worked out $50 for the return trip.
Cons: nothing, all was as expected.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is in the perfect location. Right in the middle and close to all the action. When we arrived our room wasn’t ready so we got upgraded to a slightly larger room at no additional cost which was a nice surprise. Stayed here for two night and will definitely return

Pros: Friendly staff, great location and amazing food. Make sure you try the homemade apple strudel lovingly made by Sea Breeze's owner.

Pros: Prime location! Air conditioned rooms that are cleaned daily. Walking distance to beach, bars, and shops. The attached restaurant is also great. They offer an hour of free kayaking and cheap daily snorkeling gear.

Pros: The place is charming, quaint. Looks like a storybook lodge.
Cons: The beds were a bit on the hard side.
7.5 Good
Pros: Price & Location. Room was clean. Had a ground level room which was Ideal.
Cons: Noise outside my Room till about Midnight. Bathroom needed some improvements. No parking although they were able to find me a spot for my rental scooter.

Cons: They charge me $20 additional from the original price
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, felt right at home
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Booking.com says the hotel is on the beach!!! So not true. Room was tiny. Could not even sit on the toilet front ways as knees would hit wall. Extremely noisey from room above and moving of kayaks in the am. Sheets were thread bare and would not stay on mattress. Towels very small and old. Truely the 2nd worst hotel in our 5 weeks travel

6.3 Good
Pros: Food was good, not the alcoholic drinks or snacks but I did enjoy the food at the restaurant
Cons: Outdated rooms, first they didn’t have a remote control for the tv or air conditioner but they finally got me one later. It looks like they have more like a quantity than quality going on there.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms, outdated furniture, customer service could be better, WiFi should be free.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was nice, good food, good drinks, nice pool, beautiful beach and very comfortable bed
Cons: the time I spent there went to fast
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: It has its own beach front
Cons: Receiption staff were not very helpful .... the transportation to and from Port are not free and WiFi is not free as well.... it’s all inclusive hotel but everything is extra fee ... food was ok but alcohol was not too shelf and very poor pooring ... rooms are very far away from the beach and walking at night we’ll get you lost ...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great environment
Cons: Food was good but need more variety.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Scuba diving services (Anibal) excellent!!!! Kids loved the food! Beach was perfect
Cons: Rooms are very old. Phone did not work, no internet, bathrooms very old and not working properly, had to ask for a remote control for three days, got it on the last day. Service was not good: no shampoo, no extra towels.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The pool by new rooms, the beach, & some of the staff.
Cons: The pools get closed too early at 7pm would have loved to get in a night. Mixture of both friendly staff with rude and unprofessional ones makes this place average in this area. Shows are geared towards adults and not good for a family with kids. Food was average and repetitive, it was same thing for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Would have loved to have steak at least once and not just fish, chicken, and pork at every dinner. Some rooms are outdated. Right now only appeal this place has for me are the prices and scenery which is all naturally there in most resorts as well.
4.8 Okay
Pros: The resort facilities were great for the cost. The leisure area and dining facility were both better than expected for an all inclusive resort in the West Bay area.
Cons: The hotel staff was incompetent. I pre-coordinated to have the hotel shuttle service come 15 minutes prior to their scheduled 0545 departure time to facilitate making my 0645 flight (which was more than enough time according to the staff members who said the ride would take 20 minutes and the check in would take an additional 20-30). The shuttle was over 30 minutes late, resulting in a hectic and dangerous ride to the airport, and ultimately, us missing our flight. The mistake and incompetence of the staff costed me over $1,200 purchasing new plane tickets.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was really nice , the food is great , the rooms was very comfy, we had a lot of fun .
Cons: We wanted to go out at night , we didn't have nobody to leave the kids with , so I think A-day care would be nice
7.5 Good
Pros: Great beach. Great pool.
Cons: This hotel needs maintenance. So much potential and yet so much not done. Did not care too much for the facilities. Cracked paint, rotting wood trim, old roof shingles.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Food, was ethnic and drinks.
Cons: Let’s start with the check in was horrible. Poor customer service all around. The waiters if you ask them any questions looked like there were bothered. You have to go around and figure things out on your own. I will never recommend this resort! The bed sheets smelled, looks like they don’t change when the guest leaves. They profile you and that’s how the employees will they care of you. Just bad! The only good thing was the view of the beach.

7.0 Good
Pros: Very friendly people.
Cons: No beach close by.
6.8 Good
Pros: It was a very nice room and suited me well, a little pricey but not bad for the area, convenient. Most of the staff was fabulous.
Cons: My only concern is that I forgot a very expensive USB cable beside the bed when I packed up and realized a short time later. I called the desk, explained exactly where it was and what it looked like and it was already gone, taken by cleaning staff, not turned in. Very disappointing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I love the privacy. It is beautiful and comfortable with a good staff. If you do not feel like seeing people every time you enter your room this is the place. I enjoyed my stay
Cons: Tv, shower, both could have been better. Not horrible but for the price you pay it should be a tad bit better.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The cleaness of the hotel was good.
Cons: The hotel does not give any facility inside the location, it did not have first aid or any medication. The main restaurant did not work on December 24 and did not have any activity for Christmas and the whole hotel was close on December 25 and anyone told me that. Very bad communication, the hotel was too expensive and it did not give you breakfast also the offers on booking.com is not the same the hotel gave. We dont have tv for 2 days.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The beach was right on the property and so was the snorkeling which had breath taking views. The all-inclusive was amazing. It included all 3 meals breakfast, lunch and dinner. House drinks and beer were also unlimited from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM which was just perfect and awesome. Transportation from the airport to the resort was very convenient.
Cons: Some tile could use some replacing. And better communication at front desk would be nice. Staff was friendly and helped as best as they could.
7.5 Good
Cons: Everything
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: I didn't like the location l. Also if you look at the online pictures the hotel looks totally different on how it looks in person. The beach smelled a little weird. Not wifi at all. They said the wifi was working at the lobby, but it wasn't working at all.
4.3 Okay
Pros: ONLY THING WE LIKE WAS BEING ABLE TO WALK OUT THE ROOM AND BE ON THE BEACH. ( GOING TO WRITE MORE WHEN I GET TO MY NOTES)
Cons: EVERYTHING HOTEL NEEDS TO BE RENNOVATED WITH UP BEAT STAFF AND ACTIVITIES. ( GOING TO WRITE MORE WHEN I GET TO MY NOTES)
7.0 Good
Pros: I like the property is seated on an island , private , it has great places to swim and the views are amazing. The drinks are good , there was a party every night, kid friendly , and I love snorkeling .
Cons: I think the hotel is over priced , the food is ok at best , the rooms are old fashion and the bedding is very minimal.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: The resort is in desperate need of updating because it is old and very dated. We needed to change rooms several times until they gave us an acceptable one. There were issues with either the AC or the locks not working. The staff is awesome. Very friendly and attentive. It is a shame they have to take the wrath because of the guests frustration.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good. The variety was good and the porch was outstanding.
Cons: Real glasses for juice.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Breakfast and dinner was good, and the beach
Cons: The pool was totally unacceptable, it was salty like you was in the sea-water, the drinks was poor as well. pina colada was not good, it was like drinking water with ice, no flavor.
