8.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly and accomodating and professional. The pool area in the garden retreat is perfectly manicured and the centerpiece of the hotel. It has wet and dry sauna, outdoor pool and spa and is surrounded with a variety of beautiful flowers and trees. Perfect retreat. The breakfast room, breakfast and staff was excellent by comparison to most European hotels. It is 4 to 5 star.
Cons: Rooms were 2 to 3 star at best and very small. Do not match up well to the quality of the staff, breakfast room, and pool garden. No air Conditioning which would help during peak summer months.

Cons: A bit expensive
10.0 Excellent

The breakfast was just perfect, lots of real quality products like home made jams and preserved fruits to all kinds of nice breads and cuts off meat and cheeses. The location is great since you are staying in a quite area yet the center of town and all the sights are just a stroll away. 5 star service from everyone working at the hotel.

Pros: The breakfast service was good, the food and variety was good, and dining area was good. We sat outside one morning and could listen to river behind us. 20 Euros per person was an okay value with the convenience of not leaving the hotel
Cons: the first morning the bread that was cut in the basket was a bit old. There were fresh baguettes that we then cut in but I would not have served the old bread.

6.8 Good
Pros: Fabulous building and really comfortable room. The room service dinner was excellent.
Cons: We paid €547 a night, the room had no air conditioner! It was so stuffy and we kept the windows openall night but the outlook was dreadful and it was noisy. They gave us a weak fan which helped a bit but said none of the rooms had air Conditioners! What a pity as it means we probably won’t stay there again. Also we enquired at the hotel restaurant and were shown the menu but were told it was fully booked. However upon returning from our walk at around 8.45 the restaurant was empty .... this seems strange as it offers a restaurant. NOT value for money and no apology or discount for a very uncomfortable night.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location.
Cons: The cost for the breakfast was excessive and not highlighted as an extra upon arrival. Made me leave with a sour taste (excuse the pun!)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, attentive staff (I slipped hiking and hurt my ankle which they continuously bought to my room bags of ice to put on it), great restaurant and pool area. Very comfortable would absolutely go back.
Cons: No air con - but they gave us a fan - probably wouldn’t normally be an issue but there was a 30’C heat wave. Restaurant was booked for private events 2 meals during the 5 days we were there - they should have given us more warning this was the case (ie. we didn’t realise until we showed up at the restaurant to eat).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great pool, great breakfast, multilingual staff.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: The property does not have air conditioning

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Trendy and modern apartments just in the middle of Chamonix. Very helpful staff. Some apartments have a beautiful view on Mt. Blanc. We would like to come back.
Cons: Difficult to find parking in front of apartments as it is a little bit confusing. But as soon as reconstruction of the building in front of apartments is done, there will be more space and maybe it will be more clear that apartments are just around the corner.
6.8 Good
Pros: Nice complex, but the unit I was in was split level, which was not mentioned before I booked.
Cons: Extremely loud construction noise from within the Genepy complex started at 7.30am did not stop all day as the property is doing major renovations. This was not mentioned before I booked. Curtains need black-out backing to stop the light in the morning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location, the view, the modern design. The aparrment was very clean and the staff extremely polite and helpful.
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was very good!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: No breakfast
Cons: When we arrived, nobody was there to let us in and we weren't sure what to do. I called the phone number on the website for Le Genepy and encountered a very rude person.
6.3 Good
Pros: The reception is closed and you have to call them to checkin/checkout. I booked an apartment with mont blanc view but there was construction that ruined my view from the balcony and i was unhappy about it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: great location in the centere of Chamonix. rhe room was very clean and tidy. the crew was very friendly, helped with all we asked him. hope to have the chance to get there again!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: 1. The apartment was spacious and had two bathrooms, which is quite luxurious. 2. Good check-in instructions and two sets of keys were provided. 3. The apartment was serviced daily, which is not typical and was unexpected. 4. The location (in the center of Chamonix) is superb. 5. A parking spot in a neighboring parking garage is available for a reduced fee. 6. The total cost was charged at the time of departure, not ahead of arrival (as is typical).
Cons: Very minor issues... 1. The lights in the dining/living area were weak. 2. Since this is an apartment hotel, the furnishings felt a bit generic (although they very nice and modern). 3. The building is not not visible from the road (it is obscured by another building that sits right in front of it), which can be confusing if you arrive by car.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: A wonderful modern little apartment right in the heart of Chamonix. While there was no view from our ground floor apartment we found it such a peaceful spot and great to finally be able to stretch out after some fairly cramp hotel rooms. Good little kitchen which we put to good use and a decent sized bath which also got a workout.
Cons: We were lucky to be there on a weekend because there is a construction site next door currently which got quite noisy on the morning we checked out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is lovely (thank you Irina!), location is perfect, quiet, private, very near supermarket and the best attractions in the city

Pros: A marvelous Chalet, completely reflecting the Chalet style in the furniture as well! and with marvelous mountain views. And on top there is an outdoor jakuzi and Finnish Sauna! we regret not having time to use them. We want to go back to do so! The owners were more than GREAT! Extremely helpful, friendly, welcoming. It felt like we were family guests than clients. We loved it! Completely loved it!
Cons: this is not central to Chamonix city center. Close enough though We KNEW this, and we already were with a car. So it did not bother us AT ALL...

Pros: We loved Chamonix altogether, and what made it even better was our stay at Aiguille du Midi. The food for breakfast and dinner was just amazing, the staff is incredibly nice and friendly. The hotel looks like a building straight out of Disney Land, and the feeling inside is so cozy and charming. 10/10 would recommend.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and a great breakfast.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic - truly. And the staff at the front desk was terrific . . . one girl in particular who had worked at quite a few hotels. She was full of great advice and steered us in the right direction re: restos.
Cons: The price was quite high.
7.0 Good
Pros: Helpful staff.
Cons: No kettle in rooms. Bathrooms were not clean. Mould in places. Dirt in one place.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent. There was free parking, and the rooms were quiet and well appointed. The breakfast on offer was good, had a large variety of different things to eat and drink, and was reasonably priced. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Their offer of complimentary tea in the afternoon was a very nice gesture. Our friends and my family especially appreciated the games room and activities offered. I did not use but was impressed by the fitness room
Cons: I was very satisfied with everything, but I used the standard room alone. I think the standard room for 2 people is a bit tight.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Comfortable little hotel. Very good breakfast buffet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, close to town
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Cozy and welcoming atmosphere, great staff, location - close to center, but at the same time away from the crowd
Cons: A little renovation could be useful (not a problem at all, but some minor things could be improved)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super-friendly and helpful staff really made our stay a delight. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are charming and spacious (we had a superior double with a generous balcony overlooking the Arve river), breakfast was good value for money and the afternoon tea and cakes offered each day was a bonus after a day of skiing. There is a sauna and fitness room, a games room and a very inviting open fire.
Cons: Everything was excellent

Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Limited parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Top lift closed which had bigger impact than we’d realised beforehand.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location near the slopes. Charming ambiance, chalet-like. Great view from the two sides of the hotel (Mont-Blanc or Glacier d'Argentiere). Excellent breakfast. Nice after-ski area with pool, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi. Perfect service, friendly with kids too.
Cons: There is no restaurant in the hotel, only snacks offered. Dining in town is limited and 10 mn walking distance. Dining around and in Chamonix is certainly fine but requires a car.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The rooms were cosy. The hot tub and pool were small but nice. Partial view of Mont Blanc from the room.
Cons: There is a tree blocking the view of Mont Blanc from the jacuzzi. The hotel staff refused to work with us or accommodate us when our flight was cancelled despite booking less than a day prior. Cancelling the reservation was at the hotels discretion, but they made no effort to accommodate us despite the uncontrollable circumstances. Demand was high in Chamonix, and they could have easily rebooked the room. Highly disappointed in the way they handled the situation. Based on this experience we do not recommend paying ahead and we will not stay here on our next trip to Chamonix.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best bit was the spa, pool and particularly the hot tub outside! The hotel was well decorated and maintained, clean and very quiet. The bar area was lovely and very welcoming. Breakfast was ample and with a good variety, served in a lovely dining area.
Cons: I can't think of much to improve to be honest. The hotel wifi seemed a bit variable and didn't like my phone but that was the only thing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful features and facilities. Staff really helpful. Location perfect.
Cons: Some of rooms maybe need a slight update
10.0 Excellent
Pros: People Cleanliness Calmness Peaceful Location Bedroom Garden and view of Mont Blanc Ease of parking Outside table service Breakfast room and buffet Recption
Cons: Irrelevant question If one did not, like one would say so.
7.5 Good
Pros: Free parking. Spa zone and gym. Good WiFi connection. Nice Mont Blanc panorama from the bar and some rooms (we were upgraded).
Cons: No restaurant for the dinner (restaurants located in around 10 min walk). Needs a bit of renovation.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was amazing! Fresh and homemade products. The spa area is also really nice.
Cons: The lack of customer-centricity. We were in our honeymoon and they didn't have the kindness of leaving a message, make some gesture or give us an upgrade to show they care (any other hotel of the same type would do it). I also asked them to bring champagne and strawberries to our room while we were having dinner (to surprise my husband when we came back) and they didn't, while I saw the items in my bill in the check-out (was quickly solved tho).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: its nice to have a place to relax after a long days outside - jaccuzi, pool, sauna - and the location is great - also the stuff is super lovelly... breakfasts were good - just coffee could be better;)
Cons: we had a "small" issue with our room... I dont want to come into details but... this should not happen in european 4* hotel... the personel was lovelly and we were offered to change the room - thank you so much for this - rooms were ok... but for sure not 4* rooms - they were small and old fasion design... not bad if you are whole day hike and just come back to relax and sleep
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were superb and made our stay very pleasurable. The Spa was also excellent - better than I expected. Breakfast in the morning was very good - plenty to tuck into and a good variety on offer
Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The the Auburge staff were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The rooms are beautiful and beds very comfortable. The location is perfect, short walk to the main area of town and a grocery store just around the corner. We loved how quaint and cosy this hotel is compared to other larger hotels we have stayed in during our europe trip, we felt right at home here. The breakfast was perfect, very extensive range of cereals, cheeses, meats and pastries, as well as fresh juice and coffee. Would definitely stay here again
Cons: Nothing!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Cosy, helpful staff in a great location
Cons: The communal area closed rather early at 8pm. With a reasonably snug room there wasn’t an awful lot of space to relax.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location good, 5 min walk to center, comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. We also liked the jacuzzi with Mont Blanc view
Cons: All was good

Pros: - Audrey (I hope I did not misspell her name) was a treasure and took great care of everyone. - The breakfast was the most stylish thing we experienced during our week-long travel in France. - Overall, the staff took great care to make us all comfortable. - Stunning views of Mt. Blanc from the garden, which was a marvel in itself and gave us the chance to have some rest after a long journey.
Cons: - Nothing really, it was all great. We would like to come back in winter.

Pros: Great location and with parking. Super breakfast and friendly informative staff

Pros: Adorable hotel. It was very clean, staff was super helpful and friendly. They made sure that our rooms had fans during the heatwave when we stayed in Chamonix. Great location, short walk to everything in town.
Cons: Wifi was unreliable. It could probably stand to be upgraded.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Convenient in the town centre
5.5 Okay
Pros: Location was good and decor was cute.
Cons: My room was so loud I checked out a day early and found a different hotel for my second night. I could hear every person who walked up and down the stairs and every conversation in the lobby. Absolutely horrible.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Local and friendly service. Rooms were comfortable.
Cons: You could hear other lodgers moving around and flushing toilets but with the age and great location of the building is understandable.
6.8 Good
Pros: The location is perfect. its really located in the heart of the center. there is no need to transportation, you can go to everywhere in the center by foot. its important point, because after 20:30 there is no available buses (just by reservation by advance and depends on the seasons). we were in April 2019, and we are told that this is not the season and because that there are not plenty of buses after 20:30. maybe in different season the issues is different. although, my recommendation always take a nearby hotel, it will spend a lot of lost energies.
Cons: i didn't like that the room is too much small. also there is no elevator in the hotel. in addition the bathroom isn't the most newest, and in our case we didn't find a hot water to make a shower. but i have to say, maybe this is specific case because after that we find hot water to wash our hands. but, i don't think that the review score have to restrict you. all is depends on your aims from the holiday. its a good place, not bad, located perfectly. i recommend to you to compare prices and facilities and location and after that to decide if you should reserve this hotel. i think this is not good for families and for a long holidays (for 2 nights max- the room is small!)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a wonderful place to stay in Chamonix! Stayed with my best friend for a long weekend! Perfect location, downtown yet in little quite street, amazing viewn rooms confortable and clean, very kind people, delicious breakfast, the owner is lovely lady that makes you feel like at home! From the beginning till the end. Will definitely come back !
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Somewhat limited but good breakfast buffet. Plus points for freshly pressed orange juice. Excellent location at easy walking distance from Brevent cabin lift, at the edge of the city center. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking (7 €/day) right outside the door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The lady on reception was warm, accommodating and friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean plus there was a nice cover and not just a sheet and blanket that you tend to get in the mountains. The hotel is located in the town so everything is on your doorstep. The accommodation was very quiet and comfortable so we slept well. I would definitely recommend this hotel. we didn't try the breakfast or other food so cannot comment on this

Cons: Great room in a great location with views.
6.3 Good
Pros: Great view of the Mont Blanc and the mountain. Pleasant interior, charming, good mattresses and modern bathroom.
Cons: The noise level was very hard to handle due to a very busy street location. We had to Open the window due to the heat but the traffic is so busy that after 7am it is impossible to sleep. No elevator and no one to carry the suitcase upstairs either. It’s not a hotel for anyone elderly, handicapped or injured. We had to buy toilet paper because the one provided was absolutely horrible! There was no Kleenex box either. professional staff to some extent. It felt like they are paid to do their job but will never lift a hair to do anything beyond the minimum required. We had to wait 15-20 min to get the croissant we ordered for breakfast!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely views!!, bar restaurant gorgeous with good good & staff ( especially Ukrainian lady) very friendly. Lovely looking hotel. Bed very comfortable . Appreciated luggage storage day I left. Also train station in 100 meters away! Lovely Coffee at breakfast .
Cons: Blaring horn when train passes went off every half an hour.. I was sleeping with window open so maybe that was problem. Shower was cold. Water eventually became warm so was tolerable but not enough to enjoy. Big disappointment especially as I have stayed in much cheaper hotels and never had that problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful to wake up to views of Mont Blanc. Staying here was such a treat, very homely; excellent quality of bedding, furniture, decor; handy to have the restaurant at the hotel and staff even brought our drinks to our room when we were getting ready. Couldn't have been more perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s a beautiful hotel with a wonderful restaurant and friendly staff.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: View was spectacular. Public areas looked lovely. Room immaculately clean if a little small.
Cons: Did not get the pillows requested for my husband who needs to sleep propped up. Had to ask for tea, milk and sugar. Tea bags not forthcoming. I am sure the food is spectacular but rather expensive menu. No way to contact reception from room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet area just out side of chamonix easily accessible by the town bus. Staff was amazing. Amazing views!!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Eden is in a beautiful location and is beautifully decorated. We stayed here in July, weather was gorgeous, with an absolutely stunning view of the glacier from our window!! All the staff -reception and in the restaurant were absolutely lovely, couldn’t do enough for us. The food was delicious, best seabass I’ve ever had!! Parking underneath the hotel for our motorbike was another positive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breathtaking view, nice lobby to read with delicious coffee. Big room nicely furnished.
Cons: The road below can be noisy when sleeping with an open window.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Once again we were made to feel right at home despite the hotel's boutique vibe clashing with our hiking gear and dirty boots. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful top floor quadruple room so we had a huge and super comfy queen size bed, which was a nice surprise. So were the amazing dinner and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. Their homemade butter is to die for!
Cons: The staff on our arrival were super kind, welcoming and efficient, but in the morning one of the staff seemed to not know what they were doing, which made people who needed a speedy check out slightly nervous and created a strange vibe.

Pros: This place is fabulous, the staff make you feel like your staying with friends, the place itself is beautiful with lots of cosy little lounges and areas to relax The room was beautiful with stunning views We ate at the rosebud restaurant which was fabulous.. Not cheap but sometimes you do get what you pay for The pool area hottub sauna etc must be visited If your looking for a very memorable experience you will not be disappointed

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good staff and excellent food. Rooms very good with comfortable beds.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly welcoming staf in reception and at breakfast, cosy room. Nice with a pool and a sauna even though the later were a bit cool
Cons: Waiter in the restaurant made us feel not worthy of being there when not ordering starter nor wine. Made us eat out the other nights. A shame that breakfast is not included in the price, not many options around for having it elsewhere
6.5 Good
Pros: hotel comfortable, lots of places to relax and SHOULD be top but....
Cons: Restaurant expensive and food “just ok” - not great value for the very high price. Wait staff stroppy. When I tried to politely raise the issue with the front desk, they were stroppy too. Typically for this region, but still - annoying and kind of put a cloud on the stay.
7.0 Good
Pros: Facilities and views. Friendly staff
Cons: A bit far from town and taxis were expensive
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very comfy room and bed Family run and very efficient
Cons: A little out of town; which is both good and bad
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable hotel in a lovely location but a bit of a struggle uphill from the nearest bus stop (we were walking the TMB and arrived by bus from Montroc after a long day). Excellent facilities - pool, hot tub, sauna, lounges, bar and restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Nice room with a small balcony.
Cons: The only option is to eat in the restaurant - lovely food but quite pricey (beware the offer of cheese which we discovered was charged separately and in addition to our fixed menu). The hotel was about to close for a few weeks and seemed a bit understaffed.

Pros: Large, clean room and exceptionally friendly staff. Big plus for the bathtub! The location is as good as can be in Chamonix.
Cons: The bed was rather hard. The breakfast buffet couldn’t offer any lactose free alternatives and was quite expensive for what you got.

Cons: Too much noise on street until past 3am... that would put me off staying again but everything else was lovely

Cons: When you book a room with balcony it would be nice to get a balcony, but only a quick 1 night stay so not a big issue

Pros: Everything was fantastic...staff, facilities, room, amenities, pool...the list is endless. This hotel is just outstanding in every way!
Cons: Nothing!! I can’t say anything negative about this hotel
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Cool shower, moveable hairdryer
Cons: No slope up to front door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Terrific staff, great friendly service. Staff ready to assist in every way, but in a quiet highly effective professional manner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful and made my honeymoon more than perfect. In addition, they have a shuttle bus which can take you to the telefric for FREE!.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is very good because it is in Chamonix itself, and a short walk from bars, restaurants etc, but the room we stayed in suffered badly from a nearby busy road. The trafffic was very loud and quite disturbing at times.
Cons: The breakfast was not what I would expect for E25! It was much better in other 5* hotels that I have stayed in - mainly pre-cooked hot food rather than cooked to order, pastries not warm, staff not friendly, no offer of a top-up of coffee (the staff in other areas of the hotel were much friendlier, however).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Before you read my comment please know that I am a regular traveler and a very picky guy. I have booked the luxury room with fireplace. every thing was just amazing!!. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The view was extraordinary and breath taking on that private balcony in my room. And specking about the room, words can’t describe how great, luxurious and special it was. It is by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. btw, the restaurant in the hotel has TWO michelin stars ! Don’t miss it out.
Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: Homely environment
Cons: Faster service in Restaurent
7.5 Good
Pros: Loved the free water, sweets and spa was great for the children. Brilliant having an indoor pool especially when the weather wasn’t good.
Cons: No air con in the room but understand that it’s not needed a lot of the time. Too hot in bunk beds.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Modern and comfortable. Free bottled water and juice for kids. Very nice pool and spa. Nice lobby
Cons: Could be noisy.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, bed and cleanliness
Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: Free parking just few meters away from the hotel, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The spa area is really poor (there is one hot-tub usually filled with people), regular sauna and a swimming pool with cold water. The hotel location is right next to the cable car which might be good and bad (you sit at the terrace of you room and people inside cable car looking at you....).
6.5 Good
Pros: The hotel is new, rooms are cozy and bathrooms are new and well decorated. The location is nice if you want to spend a weekend in Chamonix. Staff overall polite.
Cons: It feels like the management of this hotel doesn’t take care of things. The elevator was 3 days without light and they didn’t even care to put a torch or temporary light for safety reasons. The cleaning lady cleaned out room at 3.30pm while we wanted to rest! The spa had an empty bar where it was supposed to have tea to relax. The room had no mini bar and it was very hot- they was no air con. We were thirsty the whole time and when we went to the bar downstairs we had to wait for long to ask for a glass of water. It is the typical case where you see that the owner invested money for the infrastructure but the management is very poor. The hotel price was TOO expensive for low season so obviously the expectation was equivalent.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: balcony.. location nice .. complimentary water and candy and the reception..
Cons: when I arrived i met guy called ( Federio ) he can speaking in Argentina and English language I asked him about parking for my car and he said you can park you car near hotel free .. when I went to the free parking near hotel I didn't found any parking so I ask her colleague to open hotel parking for me and she refused he said you have to book parking before you arrive and she said the the parking booked .. I insisted because it was late night and I was tired so she said this is exception for you I will give the parking and when I arrived to the parking I found 10 parking empty and nobody there ! immediately I went to lobby and I talked with Federio and he said yes she is right and her colleague was beside him she said yes you have to book before you come .. actually I felt there is no credibility with the staff ..
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is great, the facilities are very good, the little extras like free water and coffee station great, we were able to store our bags during the TMB which was very handy
Cons: Its a very large modern hotel so feels a bit sterile, it does not have the cosy french charm of other boutique hotels in the area, so how much you like it will really depend on what type of hotel you prefer. I also found the staff not that friendly or approachable. If returning i would try different hotel i think
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and simple facility. There are everything what I need. Spa facility including pool is quite nice to relieve the fatigue from travel.
Cons: Parking lot acess is quite difficult and the staffs are not that kind.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Kid friendly. Free spa exceeded expectations. Nice pool nice hot tub cold rooms, cold plunge hot dry sauna and wet sauna drinks hanging chairs, et. And location right by lift let’s you get reserved spot and then come back to note and have breakfast.
Cons: Room blah.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Not much, the barman was good
Cons: It is nothing like a 4 star, more of an ibis type property, very small room probably built in the 70’s recently converted but feeling and overall set up remains the same, a rabbit hutch
4.5 Okay
Pros: 1- Location is really good, close to the center. 2- Check in/out was fast 3- Swimming Pool looks ok.
Cons: 1- There was extremely bad & disgusting smell in the toilet all the time, asked them couple of times to clean it with no improvement. 2- Parking access is from back side, parking is not free & costs 15€ per night.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice spa with pool, sauna and hammam - perfect after one week of hiking. Very nice breakfast (18 euros). Balcony with view on Mont Blanc.
Cons: Rooms a bit noisy. No space left in parking lot.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location The room space and clean
Cons: No A/c so we open the windows and it’s sooo noisy with the bar underneath Nobody to carry the luggage Not enough parking
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location in the centre of town.
Cons: Expensive parking. Expensive breakfast. Some of the rooms must have great views, but we had one with a balcony overlooking the car park behind the hotel, unfortunately. The bathroom was also small and cramped.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Only the linen on the bed were good.
Cons: Our stay was very disappointing. Honestly said this hotel CANNOT be claimed a Boutique one! 1) We were in room 107 and from 8 pm we could not stand the noise coming from a neighboring area which was hard to understand. We contacted the reception twice, but this did not have any good effect. After two hours of unbearable noise (wall hitting, moving chairs ..etc), finally it was acknowledged that the noise comes from the underlying kitchen of the hotel's restaurant. Only after the activities in the kitchen stopped, we could fall asleep. Unbelievable why noise isolation has not been put in place !!! 2) The SPA in the hotel is awful: the handle of the Sauna was broken. Sand watch was missing and moreover it was very dark inside. 3) The hammam was sticky and unpleasant. 4) The colours of the hotel in the corridor are grey and there are many dirty spots. 5) We paid 162 euro for a single night which is a lot of money for a terrible service and a noisy room. 6) Noone offered a compensation for all that.
