Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location, well looked after, enjoyed 6 - 7 meeting other guests and staff.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very handy location, close to all the ski/snowboard shops/pick up locations. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very well appointed. Nice modern fit out that had a unique touch. Friendly staff and a very central location. Walked out for dinners with no need to drive anywhere. They host drinks and nibbles at around 5.30pm which was generous and got to meet other guests if in the mood for a chat. Good breakfasts provided with professional staff.
Cons: Our room didn’t have a view but did have a small patio.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast was fabulous and canapés and drinks nightly was brilliant
Cons: Rooms close to the street were loud on weekends with people walking past
Good 7.9
Pros: Great staff, Lenny was a standout, very good location and nice extra touches.
Cons: It was a bit on the pricey side.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved staying here, the staff we so nice and really made the stay special. We absolutely loved the pre-dinner drinks and canapes - this makes the hotel really stand out from others. We will definitely be back!
Cons: Nothing really
Excellent 9.6
Had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.
Excellent 9.6
Nice rooms and surroundings Great breakfast Will stay again
Excellent 8.4
Nicely furnished but the reception desk was smaller than expected and only one receptionist was there which meant that we had to wait for our check-in. The couple before us was asking the receptionist a lot of questions! Breakfast was excellent and was catered for us. And the afternoon wine and canapes were a really nice treat. The building looked quite small when we went there and I kind of wished I had chosen Novotel over this hotel due to the grandness of Novotel for my partner's milestone birthday.
Excellent 10.0
I had booked at the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel after a lot of thorough research but none of it prepared me for when we first walked into the lobby. Photos do not do it justice. It was quiet, beautiful, and equipped with the most amazing water, flavored with different fruits and spices every time we went down. The staff were kind, well mannered, and accommodating. We arrived much earlier than our check-in and had organized just to leave our bags before heading up the Skyline and going onto our lunch reservation at Amisfield. However, we were immediately informed that we'd been upgraded to the two bedroom tower suite due to a late cancellation and the team feeling that our initial room would be too small for three people. We were initially only meant to stay one night as all three of us had work on Monday morning, but the room upgrade made our trip. The staff were kind enough to offer us an extra night at the same rate as our original room, and after changing our flights and talking to our bosses, we decided to stay on. The tower suite had a beautiful view of the Skyline, which on our second day we spent several hours staring at with the ranch slider doors open, lazing around in our robes. The suite also had a pull out couch, which my friend swore was just as comfortable as the beds. On our second night we also partook in the complimentary hour, which we felt was such a nice way to ingratiate guests into the hotel. Staying here was a dream. The town is within a short walking distance, we rarely felt the need to order taxis except for when we were going further afield. The staff also had plenty of recommendations on what to see and eat, gave us little marked maps and everything. We weren't the most quiet of guests, celebrating my birthday and all, and the trip being such a whirlwind, but we all felt the hotel went out of its way to be kind and make us feel welcome. I am so grateful to everyone who was working on the weekend, you truly made it a memorable.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The facilities and the view
Cons: Was a bit confusing to find our room late at night and the shower pressure was so low it was very difficult to wash my hair - the head is so close to the wall the bath tap sits between your calves just is you can get under it.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved everything about this property, overlooking the lake is spectacular, spacious apartments and great location.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Comfortable, warm, clean, lovely view, well appointed.
Cons: Nothing really but quite a few internal stairs which I wasn't expecting. Fine for us, but could be more of an issue if you were older or had mobility issues
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice location , well equipped and warm
Excellent 10.0
Such a great place to stay, very warm and very comfy with a beautiful view :)
Excellent 10.0
This place was a holiday in itself, with changing mountain and lake views that were second to none. The accommodation is equally superb, very comfortable with gas fire and well equipped full kitchen facilities and laundry. Spotlessly clean and serviced daily. My only reservation would be to note that there were multiple flights of stairs to the accommodation and the need to climb these and carry cases up them would be for travellers with health challenges or disabilities.
Excellent 9.6
A lovely apartment, walking distance to town, fantastic views over the lake. Highly recommend.
Excellent 10.0
A fantastic hotel with lovely friendly staff, huge rooms, fireplace, washing machine, dryer... everything you could need and the views are to die for! Super close to town so you can walk along the lake, lots of places to swim. Ask for a room down the bottom if you’re okay with stairs and you’ll get the best view in the whole place. Will 100% stay here again! Was even better than the Hilton.
Good 7.2
I have stayed in a one-bedroom suite lake view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near to the town center 5 mins by car. Highly recommended 😀😀😀

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast every day was great - brilliant choices. The location was perfect for easy access to the city centre.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is our second time staying staying here. The breakfast is a high light, which includes a mini-buffet of pastries, fruit, and cereals and also a good selection of cooked breakfast. All excellent! And the view while you eat breakfast is amazing as well. Paul and Samantha are friendly and welcoming hosts who are happy to make recommendations for food or activities. It's only a 5 minute walk to the center of Queenstown. The onsite parking is great if you have a car because there's not much parking in Queenstown.

This is our second time to stay here and will stay a 3rd time for sure. Well worth it
Excellent 10.0
We stayed here for anniversary celebration even in a short time. Exceptionally inviting staff around each corner making us feel warm and welcome. The room was fabulous, clean, modern, well outfitted and comfortable bed. Would certainly suggest this place as it's in prime area inside Queenstown and you get the feel important in their exclusive club. They're also more than helpful to assist you to book in to the finest restaurants in town and very accessible to explore the places nearby.
Excellent 10.0
The case of The Spire is typical of the ultra luxury hotel where they were more concerned with design and interior design than with functional details and impeccable service. From the outset, the owners are not hoteliers, so they do not know the trade and there are details that ruin the beauty of the place. Let me explain: * They have two inexperienced girls at the reception, who never answer the phone because they are never there. There is no bell boy, everything is done by the receptionists and the general manager, who is the only efficient one.v I checked in and they said they would upload my suitcase; Half an hour later I went down because no one answered me. I asked a waiter to come up to my room to put it in the trunk (I could not carry it). Every time I asked for something, they were late in bringing it, and that the rooms are close to each other and they are few. They only attend well at dawn, that there is nobody in the lobby, and that is when the manager is there. Its audiovisual system is very modern, it controls TV, radio and even ambient music, the problem is that it is very complicated to use and you know what? the receptionists do not know how to use it either.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Such a perfect location, our views from the room were panoramic. Loved our stay will definitely be back.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hosts were so lovely and really looked after us. The room views were great from at the end of the building. The room was warm, bed very comfortable and the room very clean. The spa bath was awesome! little kitchen with coffee great. This was the perfect little place within a good price range. Easy to find and a nice short walk to the centre. (only ten mins). The car parks under the building are easily accessible. Thank you so much.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything went well. Would have preferred the 1st floor room with a better view, but since it was a last minute booking, got what was available.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location is really good, walking distance to the central. with nice lake view! clean and new interior.
Cons: The mattress might be a bit old or bad quality... feel like sleep in a valley.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: View from our room was fantastic. Location brilliant, we walked into town numerous times. Really enjoyed our stay here & will definitely stay again if we're back in Queenstown.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Could not fault anything here!! The location was perfect, the views were stunning and our room was excellent. Clean with ample space, but most importantly the bed was quilty, comfortable bed!! The husband and wife team were very nice and made us feel really comfortable. If your planning a trip to Queenstown, definitely worth looking at Alexis to book your stay with. Cheers Linda and Sean Mcalister
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 8.0

Excellent 10.0
Pros: A nice walk to town centre and back
Excellent 9.2
The room was a very comfortable stay for 2 people with exceptional views (from Room 11). Well presented and maintained to very clean standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay that much better. I would highly recommend.
Excellent 10.0
Clean and tidy. Good location. Value for money
Excellent 10.0
Quiet, large and very clean room with nice amenities. Lake and Queenstown hill view. Free parking and short walk to the CBD along the lake. Large TBV, Good wifi, large bathroom with spa.
Excellent 10.0
We had a large room which had panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Well equipped and comfortably clean room. Highly recommended location for convenience with a touch of peacefulness.
Excellent 8.5
The location is great, it is about 15 min walk to the main city center. They have parking which is very important, since you will be needed a place to park your rental and Queenstown is not very parking abundant. The owner of the lodge is friendly too, and will give you all the support you need for planning activities. You even get a bottle of milk when you check in. The best part however, is the view from the room. Lake Wakatipu is visible in all its glory. Their office hours are fixed and if you are coming in late or very early, then you may have to wait till the office opens. Other than that, it is perfect.

Good 6.0
Pros: The views were amazing and room spacious

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The vibe is always great and eating at the restaurant is always a treat
Cons: Would have liked more milk for a second cup of tea and some snacks in the rooms - I know this is probably part of the covid thing but really felt like a snack when I got in from work :)
Good 6.0
Pros: Love the story behind the refurb and the atmosphere of the restaurant /communal spaces.
Cons: We stayed in a lodge room which was great except could hear people walking in rooms above and the running water through the pipes. Booked in for a yoga class and showed up to find it was full which was disappointing.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice vibe, revamped premises, friendly receptionists.
Cons: I had spent all day out and found that my room hadn’t been cleaned when I returned to the hotel at 5PM. I waited for a while and when I entered the room realised it had been hastily cleaned, with crumbs on the table and dirt on the beds.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Everything you need to have some rest and relaxation. It’s a lovely community, with delicious food and creature comforts. We will define be back.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Really easy to get there. The staff was very friendly. Able to accommodate our bags after check out so we could hit the slopes! Would recommend.
Cons: The room, location and restaurant.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The food was excellent as were the staff
Cons: Nothing - it was all good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Parking on nights where there are events on site can sometimes be challenging but we’ve never had a major issue
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good location at top of property meant it was nice and quiet. Nice warm room.
Cons: Having to park on road but not a major issue.
Excellent 9.6
Sherwood has an original feel to it, fun facilities and a cool atmosphere. The staff were super friendly. We hired bikes from Sherwood, which were affordable and in good condition, and rode along the lakeside track. We would definitely come back and stay.
Excellent 10.0
Every time I'm in Queenstown I stay at the Sherwood.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved the design of the rooms.

Good 7.0
Pros: close to airport for a 7 am start
Cons: no reception after 6 pm
Good 7.0
Pros: The location, it's very close to the airport.
Cons: The double bed was two twins together and you could feel the join. The walls and doors must be very thin. We could hear everything.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The price was good and the bed okay.
Cons: we found some fittings and furnishings to be of a cheaper quality than expected for a Ramada
Good 6.0
Pros: Big room nice view quiet
Cons: Paint shabby

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful views, beautiful room. Breakfast was 1st class
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Looking out over the lake thinking how great land in front was empty. Room was great and the breakfast was incredible , thanks , will be back for longer.
Cons: Every thing was great
Excellent 8.0
Cons: The doors where a bit heavy and I can hear the next room slamming the door. Otherwise, everything else is good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly staff and ready to assist us with any needs
Cons: Parking can be tight at peak times
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Amazing lake and mountain views. Excellent clean and modern room. Loved the walk in shower. Great breakfast with an awesome view.
Cons: Carpark was a bit tricky and stairs were a mission with a suitcase
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice toiletries and decent breakfast.
Cons: Carparks not at door.
Excellent 10.0
Nice big room with comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok.
Excellent 10.0
I was upgraded to a lake view room , got a free breakfast free parking , I will come back again . Breakfast is buffet too
Excellent 10.0
Really tidy and clean and modern. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Great views great location would definitely recommend!
Excellent 8.8
The hotel price is considerably cheaper than other hotels or even motels and yet they offer a free continental breakfast which make the stay more enjoyable.
Excellent 10.0
Very clean, good rooms and good food.
Excellent 9.6
Comfotable room. Full breakfast included which was great.
Excellent 8.8
Nice rates, staff, room, cleanliness, quite, breakfast, view, parking.. very good!
Excellent 8.0
Service was really good, friendly and helpful staff. Booked the lake view room with two single bed, because we have a toddler travelling with us they prepared a queen bed with another single bed which is really thoughtful. Room is good size, tidy and clean. The only down side is the bathroom is a bit outdated and water volume is quite small. The breakfast is very average, same food every day (except thr soup) and only 6x choices of hot food available so a little bit average compared to other hotels.
Excellent 10.0
Liked their breakfast and location is lovely
Excellent 10.0
All of the staffs were very friendly and nice and the location is really good! The Bus stops were almost right in front of the hotel it’s only 3 mins away i guess (both directions). Very clean and quiet place :) love to visit again. Thanks!
Good 7.2
We are happy with our stay here. Easy to find. Although its 5-10 minutes drive to town proper.

Good 7.0
Pros: Loved how comfy the beds were the night before we were in Cromwell and the. Ed was like a rock overall really enjoyed our time here Will definitely be coming back
Cons: That there was no fan in the toilet or if there was we weren’t to sure how to turn it on
Good 6.0
Pros: Good breakfast menu. However, we were disappointed to learn of Cafe coffee charges. At no point during our 3 days of breakfast, were either my husband or I advised of free filter coffee but charges for Cafe coffee. We don't mind the charges but do mind not being offered the opportunity to make an informed decision.
Cons: Our relaxation and enjoyment was interrupted on 2 un-necessary and unwelcome occasions: 1st: housekeeping called to ask if the bed mattress could be measured. He did say he could call back. However, was this task so necessary that it couldn't wait until our checkout the following day. Subsequently we found the nature of the request both bizarre and un-necessary; 2nd: a further visit from staff advising there was no hot water in our building and a booking at the Double tree property had been made, necessitating packing up and moving. Given we were checking out the following day we did not wish to pack and move twice i.e. within 24 hrs. On calling reception and advising of our preference, we were told management would get back to us. Following 3 hours of anxiety and pondering the possibility of having to pack and move, I followed up and was told "...your building is not affected, you should not have been told that". On checking out and advising of our experience(s) it was disappointing to note, whilst our issues were acknowledged at no time were they our addressed and/or mitigated in any way or form.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The room was very comfortable
Cons: facilities were closed. They offered no extras for my girlfriend's birthday. We didn't feel they did a good job making us feel comfortable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great size room
Cons: Better view!
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: the room was adequate and the view also. My wife noticed a smell of sewage from the drain in the Bathroom occasionally but was able to stay. the hot water was affected at the later stage of the stay. all in all, it was not the best experience.
Cons: as above
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Room, hotel facilities, boat taxi
Cons: Parking
Good 7.0
Pros: Lovely room with a view, we were upgraded which was just amazing!
Cons: Unfortunately all the facilities we were after were closed, should have looked into it better during covid times. Main restaurant, spa pool, sauna and steam rooms not available. Not blaming hotel, just bad timing!
Good 6.8
I’ve stayed at the Hilton before and had a wonderful experience. Sadly not this time. There were very few staff on check in, and no assistance with luggage. Room was clean, but needed some maintenance. And no hot water in the morning due to a boiler issue. Breakfast is always good at the Hilton but that’s all we enjoyed about our stay this time sadly.
Good 6.4
For the money we paid for the relaxation room I didn’t think it was worth it. The spa was nice but people walking pass right in front of us could see us( no private). No hairdryer! And thought there would be goodies in the fridge!! But nothing!! Bathroom cabinets all scratched and close shut with screws u could see. Like I said it was not a lot for $700+ a night!!..
Good 6.8
The room we booked stated we had lounge access, Hilton has the lounge. Got to our room and the toilet was flushing and such and bad small, that was fixed very fast. Had a meal which had tiny bones in the lamb shank. Lastly the room was not serviced during our stay. For the Hilton brand the stay was very disappointing.
Excellent 10.0
Fantastic comfortable stay right on Lake Edge. 10-15min drive to town but away from all of the made rush
Good 7.2
The Wakatipu Grill offers great food, there's also a water taxi going to town just on the water front. The hot tub needs to be hotter tho, and some ladies at the desk needs to be friendlier. Bed and pilows are a bit too soft.
Excellent 10.0
Words can not describe amazing
Excellent 8.8
Check in was a bit congested . Otherwise fabulous .
Excellent 8.8
Good but they can do better at cleaning the rooms. Its a reputstion to Hilton. Overall we had a good experience.
Excellent 9.6
Queenstown is pretty small, but when it's high season - it's so large you can't find your own space to think! This is where the Hilton comes into its own; offering a sanctuary on a lesser known part of Queenstown with lake access, walking trails, and the benefit more sunshine packed days so you won't feel the cold as much. The Hilton has paid, on site parking (much cheaper than town at least!), An indoor pool, small gym (it will give you the very basics, but there is a Snap fitness just nearby), waterfront restaurant and beautifully dedicated staff. The rooms are clean, large and offer superior comfort beds (they always feel like you're sleeping on a pillow), a bathtub (perfect for a soak after mountain biking, hiking or skiiing), lounge area and all the mod cons. Would be good if the TV's had Netflix upgrades, but a great opportunity to dive into a good book. Also, the coffee at the cafe is great - and I'm a 'coffee snob' from Melbourne! Great stay, great rates - will stay again.
Excellent 9.2
Staff were nice and helpful. The relaxation room was as described, private spa outside with lake view. Room had a expresso machine which was great.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Transfers add up and airport two mile drive is $28 NZ
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room and quite location.
Cons: Parking.
Okay 4.2
Cons: So many things in the room were broken or dirty when I checked in, I had the front desk come look. They said maintenance would fix some of it, and that they would see if another room was available the next day. Neither happened.
Excellent 10.0
I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. It was clean, spacious and our room was very nice. There was only one problem, our room key was constantly not working, we had tried many times but it still did not work. We went to reception and they were very friendly and did fix our room key. It worked a few times then failed again. We headed ack to reception again where they replaced the key and kindly offered a free room another time. The room key worked and we went back later on in the summer time. The staff was very nice to do this which we found amazing. Overall I loved the Hilton and would return, but the room key was annoying and shouldn't happen in such a flash hotel.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The rooms are typically Hilton, nice and quiet with beautiful interiors. The staff were helpful and polite. The housecleaning did a great job every day as well.
Cons: The resort is a long way from town,So a hire car is Recommended. In saying that,it is closer to the ski fields and more relaxed.Theres a water taxi which helps if you wish to get to town.Taxis are over $50 one way to town. $5 coffee at breakfast is annoying.(the provided coffee is ordinary) Make sure you get a complimentary breakfast when booking. It is very expensive otherwise, especially for people who don't eat too much for breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location waterfront straight on the queenstown trails. Great rooms, beds and pillows comfy. Bathroom massive. Amazing service and yummy breakfast. Great facilities.
Cons: Smallest downside is most of rooms don't face the remarkables but Queenstown is scenic. Otherwise there is nothing I don't like about this place.
Okay 4.2
Pros: overall the hotel was nice, its a Hilton. it was spacious and there are things on site like restaurants and a cafe for you. the staff was great, management- not so much.
Cons: location was far from the center of queenstown... a $40 cab ride. you had to reserve the hotel shuttle (which filled up during popular times) or take a $10 water taxi. kind of inconvenient. lastly, we had to leave early due to a family emergency and the management refused the credit us or help in any way.
Good 7.4
Pros: Good bed & room but overlooked construction site as well as lake but view was limited. Friendly & efficient staff.
Cons: Decor too dark Wi fi not free in rooms A bit far out of town
Good 7.4
Pros: Location but ypu need a free shuttle or a $10 water taxi per person to get to town
Cons: The credit card fee.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: I stayed here with my partner for the week and we really enjoyed the room. The view was spectacular and super comfy bed! Unfortunately due to Covid we couldn’t use the sauna, steam rooms and pool like we wished but I’m sure when this all passes it’d be amazing. Reception were very kind and accomodating. Housekeeping would help us out with everything we needed and room service was always a treat, greeted kindly at the door. We parked outside the double tree in the free parking and majority of the time was available.
Cons: There could be more free car parks
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Breakfast 🍳🥐
Cons: Pretty grotty room to say the least also very poor tv service.no mini bar no Bluetooth speaker in room over priced
Good 7.0
Pros: Comfy bed and generous room all around
Cons: No Free Parking, unless you hunt around for a limited number of side street parking. their parking facility was $16 parking if you park more than 3 hours, however, a massive empty outdoor car park facility that no one could use, behind the building. pool and spa belong to Hilton, and you have to pay for it. All around it felt like a downgraded Hilton. I should have done my research before booking. I thought I had a good deal! Haha
Okay 5.0
Pros: Cheap"er" water taxi to and from city
Cons: For the price we paid we were expecting something better. It feels we paid for the name only
Good 6.0
Pros: Good view. Lake view room actually saw very little of the lake, but a full view of the Remarkables.
Cons: For a location that far out of town, it should have more shopping options. Maybe just a little pharmacy for snacks and essentials. The room has some design flaws: large step into the bathroom - took a few days before I didn’t stumble either going in or out. Tub seemed built on the upper level, so quite a big step up to get in. Toilet and towel rack so close together that you could almost rest your arms on the towels while doing your business. Fridge so close to door that you couldn’t open it fully with the apartment closed - so you couldn’t adjust the shelves to allow for taller items in the fridge. Just an accumulation of things that made the stay less comfortable than expected.
Good 6.8
Overall very good however next time will pay the extra & stay at Hilton proper. They include extras for free such as free pool/sauna entry whereas Doubletree adds this to your final bill. Having stayed in both, the difference in standard and quality is worth the extra $
Excellent 10.0
We were upgraded to the Hilton & then were offered a room over looking the lake for an extra fee. It was worth every cent. Great spot away from the main town. Water taxi that takes you into town for $10 a person. Cannot wait to return.
Excellent 10.0
Perfect accomodation, so clean and comfortable beds.
Excellent 9.6
It’s walking distance to the airport about 20 minutes, I enjoyed the walk across the bridge on a fine day , took the water taxi to town as it’s far from Downtown for $5 each way . The twin beds were small for me but good for average sized humans
Excellent 9.2
Recommend for people who want quiet
Okay 4.4
We got "upgraded" to the Hilton across the road with no advance notice, and went from a hotel with a kitchenette to a standard hotel with only a kettle and mini fridge. Not impressed.
Excellent 8.8
To get Breakfast meant exiting the building & descending 5 flights of stairs. Entry to breakfast area was concealed. Thankfully it was dry, would be soaked if raining as all stairs were open to the weather.
Excellent 8.4
We booked Doubletree
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff was great. Location was very pretty.
Cons: Mattresses were terrible. No free wifi and very slow. Not much within walking distance.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Quality and price
Cons: Location ok but not in queenstown, strange interior layout
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is on the opposite side of the lake to Queenstown but the water taxi is a great way to get to town. The hotel staff were brilliant and the room excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the area to stay there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel and view (on the lakeside) were beautiful. The room and bed were extremely comfortable and I loved how close it was to the airport!
Cons: Nothing.
Okay 4.5
Pros: View
Cons: Food poisoning at one of their best restaurants and I needed to stay another night after spend 8 nights their and they put me in the worst room. After spend 2k there.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Either on the website or on Kayak.com it stated that the hotel shuttle to the airport would be $13 nzd per person. When we got there they told us that they don't offer this service. We only had exactly $26 nzd left. This was our last day so there was no need to have New Zealand currency. I shared this with the hotel staff and to our pleasant surprise, she ordered us a cab to the airport that was $23 NZD fixed price. We were happy we were able to spend the last of our New Zealand currency and not have to waste it on something at the airport. I appreciate the hotel staff being attentive and making sure we were comfortable by all means.
Cons: The bathroom is a bit cramped. I actually hit my tooth on the towel bar as I was trying to sit on the toilet. Luckily I didn't chip my tooth but it did hurt.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Modern, spacious, clean and tidy! Lovely place to stay!
Cons: Quite close to road
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Outstanding lake and mountain views through the huge windows. Very spacious apartment, including good-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen, and it was great to have a washing machine. Hosts were very helpful when contacted by email. Plenty of easy parking. We would love to stay again. We had a lake-front 1st floor apartment with a big balcony - there were other units set back which wouldn't have had such good views, and maybe the ground floor units might be less private being right on the lakeside walking/biking trail. Very quiet, but not many people about so it's hard to tell how noisy it would be at other times. Comfortable beds and good linen. We used Uber to get to Queenstown for the nights we ate out, but the bus would go right past if you wanted to look up the timetable.
Cons: The bath over shower would be difficult for someone with limited mobility, or someone very little, to get into. But maybe there are other apartments with different configurations.
Good 7.0
Pros: Comfortable bed. Good location. Clean
Cons: Windows open on to a carpark so had to keep blinds down for privacy therefore room was a bit dark. Some maintenance needed in the room.
Good 6.0
Pros: location
Cons: I didn't really like having to do our food dishes in the bathroom sink, with the toilet in the same room and it was hard to refill the jug to make a cuppa with the bathroom sink tap. A few maintenance issues need to be sorted, as the shower nosil would not sit correctly and kept turning right and spraying water all over the place. Fridge freezer door kept falling off. Kick plate underneath kitchenette area was broken.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A warm and comfortable apartment with lovely views. It had everything we needed.
