Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautifully restored building with both a traditional Moroccan and modern feel- comfortable and relaxing with open air terrace . The food was fantastic - really fresh and healthy ... a great breakfast to set you up for the day . The owners were really very helpful, especially as we had to leave early due to COVID19 . They were able to give advice and help with arrangements . Would definitely want to go back
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Stylish comfy Raid in the middle of the medina, beautiful rooms with lovely roof terrace, fantastic staff ( thank you Jan and Fatima) and the most amazing breakfast ever. Dinner was lovely too
Good 7.0
Pros: Warm welcome - staff were excellent. Owner followed up on guest comfort, satisfaction etc. at every meal. Given tour of all vacant rooms - all individually decorated and characterful. Breakfast was excellent. Roof patio would be great in warmer weather.
Cons: Stayed in Zero Waste Suite - concept brilliant but execution just several steps too far. Overpowering! Very difficult to communicate with owners - no reply to many phonecalls, texts, msgs on day of arrival. Taxi transfer messy with argument at train station between drivers. Enjoyed set meal at dinner but menu on table was not we ate - previous day maybe?
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly welcome Location is very good Super clean Gorgeous inside Great breakfast Host is super kind
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Exceptional staff, led by Jan - a ball of energy. The food was exceptional and we felt very much at home and welcome.
Cons: Very little not to like - would struggle to find anything to criticise.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: There is not much that I like about this place. Really think it is overrated.
Cons: 1. Accessibility. There is no way to park close to the riad. First day it took us 1 hour extra to get there. The owner never told us in advance, there is no way to get there by car but only on foot. In a good weather day, it might be not a big deal, just pass through some dirty streets, but in a rainy day, it is very very very dirty to your shoes and suit case rolling on the floor. But watch out when you walk there in the night. Did not feel very safe. 2. Noisy. You can hear what is from the street, talks and motorbike even in the night, 24/7. As well as what is happening inside the riad. 3. Communication. Besides the owner who is not there mostly, it is very hard to communicate with the staff there.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Our stay was just wonderful. Jan, the owner, was so welcoming and helpful. The riad has a gorgeous terrace with a garden. The breakfast and dinner were very good, some of the best for us in Morocco.
Cons: It's a bit too loud in the Chefchaouen suite because of the busy street outside the window.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Highly recommended! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, breakfast was great and location couldn't be better. Great choice with no doubt. Moreover the terrace in the rooftop is impressive.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Warm welcoming staffing, they cared so much about my well being during the stay. The bedroom was very nice and clean located in a wonderful Riad. It is well located if you want to experience the stay in the hearth of Morocco at the Medina! I recommend ++++++
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The place was beautiful and the location was great. The breakfast was especially good and the staff was very nice. Nice to have a Hammam / massage service in the sane building!
Cons: One thing was that the lighting in the room that we were in was poor. I understand about setting the mood but it was a little too dark for comfort. The staff were nice but most of the staff’s English was not so great (my son speaks French so it wasn’t too much of a problem) and as there was no central desk that people seemed to be attending it was difficult to find people at times.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We really enjoyed our one night stay. The riad is beautiful. We stayed in the apartment and found it to be tastefully decorated, comfortable, and spacious. We were pleased with the location. The staff was welcoming and kind. They were there when we needed something but never intrusive. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: A bit of a funky smell in the apartment.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I absolutely loved staying here and was sad to leave after 4 days. This Riad is a cozy home, especially for a solo female traveler. The hosts are super friendly and extremely helpful. You can tell they enjoy what they do and are proud of their hotel tucked away in the Medina. I could hear the birds in the garden, the laughter of the children at the school next door and the call to prayers. It all made me feel safe and welcome. The continental breakfast was more than sufficient but eggs are served if you want them. Comfy bed, pristine clean room, excellent WIFI all made this great value and a place to highly recommend. And don't forget to book a spa treatment or two. Tiny spa but a wonderful body scrub, basic facial and deep tissue massage was a well needed treat at a very reasonable price!
Cons: Absolutely nothing!
Good 7.0
Pros: It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was tasty as well.
Cons: It was a little bit too cold during the nights, I guess it's better during the summer ;) Also if you're not into waking up early it can be a little problematic as the Adhan is pretty loud. in comparison to other riads I stayed in Morocco in this one it really wakes you up.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Looks nice
Good 7.1
Pros: Breakfasr
Cons: The bed

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Comfortable hotel and good restaurant. The staff was most friendly and especially helpful in a difficult time for travelers and businesses alike.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: environment and location
Cons: WIFI is a little slow
Good 6.0
Pros: Clean, nice staff.
Cons: Very noisy, bistro with live music downstairs. Small room.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Pietri is very conveniently located in the downtown of Rabat, 10 minutes walk to the medina and 5 minutes to the Station. Rooms are small but confortable and clean. In the ground floor there is a Braserie that sometimes becomes a Jazz Cave. This is the best place to have a beer or a drink in Rabat!
Cons: Hotel and restaurant are overpriced for local standards.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location is good, the bed comfortable and good breakfast
Cons: All good
Excellent 8.8
Cons: Smoking in dining room at dinner.
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice room in a nice hotel. The restaurant/jazz club was EXCELLENT, and they saved a table for me right in front of the stage. (Only ruined by a problematic guide I had been trying to escape who conned his way in and ruined the end of my meal.) Get the lava cake with Oreo ice cream for dessert. The mini bottle of water waiting in my room was appreciated.
Cons: The personnel was not very friendly. I needed to check out early; most hotels elsewhere offered me breakfast to go when that was the case, but Pietri refused. When I needed an early morning cab, they didn't help me like other hotels there either, telling me to walk through the pre-dawn darkness and find one myself. The price seems really high for what I got in other hotels in Morocco. (Though the restaurant, while expensive, seemed fairly priced.)

Pros: We were heartfully welcomed and happily suprised by the hotels well working standards in keeping the hotel Corona- free. LeDiwan achieved a high standard of safety concerning the pandemie. This was our first stay in a hotel, after the pandemie hit our world. And we have to admit that our stay in this hotel and in Rabat gave us a hopeful heart: We are capable of traveling, living as guest and still enjoy our lifes, while Corona is out there. Thank you LeDiwan and thank you Rabat for this beautiful experience.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Dar Nawfall was our first hotel this trip. We felt very welcome, the personel is really friendly. The manager was super nice, our child still remember him with a big smile. Breakfst was tasty, location is quiet and clean. Hotel in general is also very beautifull and quiet. We would definetely recommend this place!
Cons: -
Okay 4.0
Pros: The interiors of the space is nice, and the people who work there are nice too.
Cons: The location is horrible. Not close to transportation and getting to Rabat city is a hassle. I personally didn't like the neighborhood. and the moment I arrived I was about to change my mind, but morally I didn't want to be absent for my booking. So, I decided to stay one night and then move to another hotel. However they made me pay for the entire four days of my initial reservation! They specifically said that if I didn't show up, it would've been okay, but since I did, I should pay the entire stay. So I didn't like how they weren't collaborative and didn't appreciate my gesture of compromise. I was given the room on the ground floor, and I didn't feel comfortable as I felt that I was very close to the courtyard. I asked them to move me upstairs, while all bedrooms are vacant, but they refused. You also can't come late at night, they told me I should arrive before midnight!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Greetings to bro from Mali for great service and nice talk :)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, beautifully decorated property keeping the old charms and no TV which would have spoiled the vibe, definitely the best stay this trip and very accuretly scored on bookings. And the location was excellent in the old Madina in Sale
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The terrace was amazing! We ate dinner sitting under the stars.
Cons: It was difficult to find using navigation. We loved that we were in the medina, but it was a little complicated for getting my mother in law off to the airport in the wee hours.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff, the breakfast and the terrace.
Cons: The water pressure.
Good 7.9
Pros: the other riads we stayed in offered to make omelets or scrambled eggs for breakfast. Also the the other riads in the area offered a buffet table selection for breakfast.
Cons: We canceled our second night because the air conditioning was broken in one room and it was quite hot outside. We also noticed tiny ants in both bathroom and bedroom.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Beautiful hotel, maroccan style. Loved to stay there. Very romantic, preferred for couples in love. 😎
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Very nice breakfast on the terrace. A pretty traditional Moroccan Riad We were greeted with delicious tea and cookies
Cons: The location is difficult to access from the Main Street. However staff kindly escorted us outside of the Médina to get a taxi.
Good 7.5
Pros: Nice Riad situated just inside the Medina. Once you know the way it is easy to find. Staff excellent. were always available. My room was good but curtains needed adjusting as they falling off the rails, The rooftop where the breakfast is served needs more sunshades or a sali as it gets very warm.
Cons: The shower curtain needed changing (or cleaning) as there was mould on the bottom. Also mould behind the bath. Not 5 star standard
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The location is perfect - in Medina, 5 minutes to the beach and main touristic routes. Very pleasant view from the terrace where you can enjoy the great view during the breakfast. Amazing rooms! I wanted to take those awesome curtains home haha. The most cozy room that we had in Morocco. Very friendly hotel stuff, speak English, ready to fulfill your extra needs like a glass of hot water at 11PM.
Cons: Poor noise insulation but it is problem of all riads since you have glass door and windows.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly stuff. Amazing place like fairy-tale!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was lovely
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location and view
Cons: Add some fruits to breakfast menu
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very nice location. Astonishing views of the city at night. The food is quite good the room service is quick .
Cons: The breakfast was just average for a 5 star hotel. Rooms were infested with mosquitoes (probably the proximity of the river)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel has an atmosphere of elegance that begins at the entrance and continues with you during your whole stay. The staff was friendly, helpful and communicative, we felt very welcomed. (especially at the breakfast and by the cleaning staff). The view over the river and the newly built theatre and "Hassan Tower" monument on the opposite side serves as a beautiful backdrop to be admired, same goes for the pool area (and its very "Instagram friendly" for those interested in taking photos for their social media). The spaa experience was enjoyable, the staff were great, the atmospheric rooms and the tea served helped create a relaxed state of mind and the massage was perfect. I personally really enjoyed the artwork hanging all around the hotel, it filled the rooms and hallways with life. No complaints about the rooms, the shower and bathroom was great.
Cons: Its hard to find something to complain about. Perhaps the quality of the food could be better. The breakfast held a good standard. 👍 We had a few visitors in form of small ants that found their way onto the balcony, some even took the liberty of entering our room uninvited, but they where swiftly dealt with and where not that much of an annoyance.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Room and overall hotel and setting were lovely. Staff greeted us warmly. Was a good setting to begin our Overseas Adventure Travel (OAT) experience.
Cons: Restaurant food was good not great. It was difficult to connect with the hotel prior to arrival - we attempted to contact the hotel to reserve a room a day early before we joined our Overseas Adventure Travel (Oat) trip. Staff were not responsive - eventually an OAT agent helped us book through an online booking service.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: AC is not working good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location staff view breakfast cleanliness size of rooms every thing
Cons: nothing

Pros: The staff there is super awesome! The location is super quiet! The rooms are a great size! I enjoyed my stay
Cons: It's a little hard to find but when u figure it out it's easy to remember
Good 7.0
Pros: The Riad is beautifully decorated with traditional furniture. Each room has its own unique colourful deco.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Every things. No complain. The lady at histed us nicely and very welcoming. Tea with virvina was delicious and relaxing. Breakfast top top. Very quiete. Thank you very much nice girl for keepung our invited happy.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was our favorite hotel our whole trip. I loved the neighborhood, I love sale. it was the first place people said hi to us on a regular basis. It was nice to be outside of Rabat with a five cent boat ride in between. The ladies were so sweet and accommodating. Very much loved it and would stay again.
Okay 5.4
Pros: The place is well decorated with an old fashioned style which I actually like. Some very original pieces of furniture here and there. Special mention for the chandelier. The bed was comfy. The lady offered us a tea even though I've declined as we were going to have dinner soon.
Cons: Even though i advised them of our arrival, once there we've rang the bell several times but we've been left out for several minutes with no answer in a very unpleasant location at night time. Finally a men who was going there made a phone call and they came to open the door. The room looked different from the picture but finally was the one we've booked. I've sat on a wet toilet (many drops were there.. hopefully just water!!) The breakfast was the poorest we had during the whole stay in Morocco (15 days till now). Staff was not so friendly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was one of the highlights from our trip. The riad was stunningly beautiful with impeccable traditional decour. Staff were highly attentive and answered all of our questions, as well as helped us with laundry services for a small fee. Room was very clean and came with a cedar wardrobe, extra blankets, toiletries, and decent shower. Great air conditioning unit for cooler nights. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Larger rooms are incredible looking. Hotel was situated in the old Medina in Rabat and was roughly 30 min. walking distance to four major landmarks, including the Mohammad V Mausoleum, Andalusian Gardens, Kasbah, and others. Use the ferry to arrive at these places... it's a beautiful experience.
Cons: Not a complaint, but a caution. The shower in the Dalia Room has a low ceiling and is challenging for anyone over 170 cm tall (I am over 190 cm). Be sure to mark your location on Google Maps before going out, as the Old City can be difficult to navigate.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Comfortable
Cons: Location is a bit far
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Luxurious traditional house with big rooms and nice atrium in the middle. Breakfast was very good!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Helpful staff!!!
Good 7.5
Pros: The hospitality is amazing, and while the room was below my expectations, the friendliness made my stay worth it. All my needs were addressed. The room could have been cleaner and the bathroom sliding doors were broken, toilet was ok, but overall my stay was enjoyable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nabeel was very accommodating and helpful. Making amazing tea and Tagine. Location was just right and place is very authentic
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I enjoyed the terrace. Was extremely neat and gave a good view of the city
Cons: Breakfast could have had a egg or two. Toast not done that well.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: A clean Riad, near to the train station of Salé ville, only takes a 5dhs taxi to reach Bab Chaafa which is the nearest portal to the old medina where the Riad is located, very easy to reach Rabat from there, the train station and the tramway station are so near, maybe a 10minutes walk from the riad .. 15minutes to reach the center of rabat by tramway.. the riad and its staff exceeded our expectations.. the breakfast, the cleaniness..
Cons: It's not that I didn't like it, but I read when I was going to book the room that breafast is being served on the terrasse, which I didn't happen to see; maybe I was late to breakfast or that I just didn't ask for the terasse view that i was excited to see when booking
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were so kind and helpful for the duration of our stay. They didn’t speak much English but went out of their way to try and communicate and help us. The riad is beautiful and on a more quiet street, but very close to one of the main entrances to the Médina so it’s still very easy to get taxis if you need them. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the terrace is lovely. Thank you for having us!
Cons: No elevator but this I found this pretty typical in most riads.
Good 7.5
Pros: Culture home and good location.
Cons: Not good bathroom

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Perfect breakfast, beautiful Riad with amazing rooftop and lovely host!
Cons: One of the rooms wasn't cleaned but immediately cleaned after we reported it. Also, one of the employees literally chased us for the payment the day after, very pushy.
Good 7.0
Pros: Beautiful place and rooms
Excellent 9.2
Pros: everything
Cons: Nothing
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was equipped with a heater
Cons: The smell in the room. It smelled really bad. Also, I had high expectations of the riad and the room as the price was higher than other riads. I saw a good grade on booking and I opted for a room with ocean view, but instead, it was a poor view that was worth keeping the windows closed. It was mentionned that, being by myself in the room, I was promised I would have a better breakfast but it wasnt the case. Lastly, I wanted to leave only after one night instead of 3 as I felt sick and also didnt want to stay because of my disappointment, but the owner got angry and refused and obliged me to pay for the 3 days. Then, he made sure he got his payment via booking with my credit card and I was obliged to stay in the riad. I felt stuck there as I was short on money due to that.. After that incident, they stopped cleaning my room.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: They printed our boarding passes.
Cons: I was received already asking for money. They didn't accept card although in booking.com they write they do. No suggestions for anything. Quite unfriendly. Expensive.
Okay 5.2
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Riad is comfortable and nice with very good breakfast. Staff are very kind and tried to solve things whenever we ask. I saw some bad reviews but don’t worry. Stephan is a good person and other staff are also very kind. Enjoy Sale, Rabat!!
Cons: Nothing.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location is good. We could park in the street. The French owner is very friendly and helpfull (spoke English which was helpful for us).
Cons: Breakfast was a little disappointing compared to other hotels/guesthouses in Marocco.

Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Pas petit déjeuner nul pas jus froid mal présenté
Cons: Le quartier la vue
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The hotel is just a short walk from the train station and directly opposite the medina wall, within easy reach of most of the sights. The room was simple but clean and, as we opted for a quiet room away from the street, a relaxing haven from the bustle outside.
Cons: Not much of a view, but as noted above worth the sacrifice for a quiet room.

Cons: good
Excellent 8.4
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The whole Hotel, the people. I stay there often and after I test 4 other big Hotels in Rabat, that’s my favourite. At the day when we leave (5:16 am), we wait for our driver that take us to the airport, the person in the reception bring us to the breakfast room, and they offer us to take breakfast, eat something before we leave. Important is to say that the breakfast start at 6 am, and everything was quite done and ready. A entry was not permitted, but for us the open and we eat and drink before we drive to the airport at this time... In the roof there is a walk around the whole Hotel, you take a sightseeing to the Marine, Hassan Tower and to the Medina. Rooms are Big, Breakfast is so huge and lot of choice, Orange juice and Mango Juice, Water, Milk Coffee incl. lot of fruit, different bread types… AMAZING !!!! Everything is well cleaned and the Internet is also not so bad (and it is a big, big Hotel) On the way to the elevators (4 Elevators), near to the reception you can use a ATM to withdraw money and also a little store to buy some sweats or goods. Two restaurants and good Fitness Studio, Spa and “outside” swimming Pool (where you can sit and relax). Near to the Pool there is a roof Bar, also with good ambient
Cons: Mini Bar drinks are expensive.... Little chaos in the reception, if you forget to book additionally to your stay the breakfast, but they thread us “Guests” as “KINGS”.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: I like the room, the location, the buffet: The Gym is nice and the euqipment is working. Internet connection was much better then in other Hotels where I stay before Cleaning personal is amazing
Cons: - RECEPTION Lot of missunderstanding in the reception. I book ober Booking.Com, but there was no possibility to get a invoice for my book. This what we get from the Bookings.com portal is not the same like the invoice in the reception. I stay there again 2 weeks ago (it was booked by my company, but they forgot to book breakfast). Every day I need to pay the breakfast (because I did not use credit card). But the problem was, that on day one, in the reception they say I need to pay in the dinner room. Then I went to dinner room, there they told me that I need to pay in the reception first..... End of story: Day 1: need to pay in the dinner romm, and they give only a receipt Day 2: in the dinner room again... they told me to pay in the reception, I pay there and receive a normal invoice with Hotel Farah Logo Day 3: I went directly to the reception, and pay there, but now I receive only a white paper with the payment details Day 4: They told me that I need to pay th breakfast from day 3 ....But except this, and I allready stay in 4 other Hotels in Rabat, I prefer now the Farah Hotel ! - TRAM (outside) Every morning the tram is full. But the "Blue" taxis are cheap.
