Pros: I was taken back by how clean the room was. You can actually tell the staff REALLY deep cleans the rooms. I was extremely impressed & appreciative of that. The staff was all nice, I had a very relaxing stay. Definitely 10/10.

When I talked to the hotel staff, they treated me like it was my problem and didn't offer any compensation or apology. I was so frustrated by that. The other thing is the wifi issue....We have never had to pay for wifi except on a cruise line out at sea. As a result, we were not able to conduct some business. That is kind of ridiculous. Having said those two things, the breakfast was great and lots of variety, most of the staff was friendly, and the room was roomy and clean and comfortable.

The pool kept the kids entertained and the gym had the essentials needed for a workout. Breakfast consisted of waffles, a variety of yogurt, biscuits, a variety of cereals and fruits. The staff was superb. They would print documents for me and were very helpful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for your next trip to the triangle area.

Cons: We were really looking forward to a good, relaxing time in the hot tub and pool which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel; however, the hot tub wasn’t working and the pool water was unusually dirty. I expected clean, somewhat clear water with a smell of chlorine. My friend and I were very concerned about this and debated for a very short minute if we should still get in and ultimately decided we didn’t want to take that risk.

Cons: First the advertisement was way off! The pics online different from what you get- the pool was like jacuzzi size and water was extra cold. The room I ordered online was for a king size bed and pull-out sofa and all I got was the bed, so when I checked my reservations it only showed the king bed and that’s NOT what I reserved- my second room was for handicap and I didn’t ask for that because I’m not handicap. Pictures of the rooms were different online, wall color, looked bigger and again I originally reserved the king with pull out bed but can’t prove that being my reservations don’t show what I actually ordered! But my sister went with me and she saw what I booked! I seen pictures online of the sofa beds and kings after we was already there-I had to look to make sure they really had those rooms online- but yeah me personally I would not return.

Free coffee was put away after breakfast. Most nice hotels keep that available during the day.

Being gluten free, I had only one option for breakfast. Hopefully with Covid being behind us mostly, they will expand their options .

He ultimately fit me in the front seat; and for that I am grateful.

Pros: I was stranded overnight at the Raleigh-Durham airport because of engine trouble. The location of this hotel is unbeatable. The Desk staff was very nice and helpful at check-in. My room was on the fourth floor. It was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The A/C worked great. There’s a nice little restaurant and bar on-site that provides room service. A Keurig coffee maker is in the room. At check-in, they offered and provided a wake-up call and a reservation to take the free hotel shuttle to the airport that runs every half hour so I made a reservation for 6 am and went downstairs the next morning at 5:45 am to take the shuttle. Everything at this hotel seemed to be working smoothly and efficiently for airport-bound customers.

Cons: The next morning, the shuttle driver refused to honor my reservation, saying the shuttle was already full. It accommodates only 6 people and the last 2 people jumped in while I was walking out with my bag. I have no idea if they all had reservations. When I told the shuttle driver I had a reservation, he raised his voice at me and said, “what do you want me to do, kick them out”? When I indicated that this was not an appropriate response, he escalated his bullying, pointed his finger at me and continuing to raise his voice, saying “this is your problem, not mine. You need to fix it.” I responded in a normal tone that this is the hotel’s business problem and asked him to come inside the lobby with me to speak to the manager. He refused. I went and got the manager, and the shuttle driver continued his belligerent behavior towards both me and the manager. Long story short, the shuttle left without me and I called Uber. I am a white-haired women age 63 traveling solo, staying at this hotel overnight because of a flight cancellation. I am a very nice person. The shuttle driver’s aggressive bullying behavior towards me was unprovoked and inappropriate. When I asked the manager how it happened that I had a shuttle reservation but couldn’t get on, he said the other people got on the shuttle before me. I think Cambria Hotel needs to fix its shuttle reservation system or not offer it.

Cons: The Arir conditioner vent was broken but it still worked fine & the pool didn't have towels one evening after 9pm & the pool doesn't close until midnight.

Pros: The facilty was good for the price. Big comfortable room and bathroom and public areas nice. Better than most "airort hotels".

Cons: We were checked into a room that was not cleaned yet and the staff gave us another room, but they were not overly concerned about the error. The man who checked us out and the man who drove the shuttle were dismissive, rude, and non-communicative.

Pros: I liked the suites because it allowed visitors to be comfortable visiting in the living area and watch TV comfortably without having to sit on beds. I liked the shuttle to the airport.

Cons: It was very noisy. People were having a party with music going on at 3 AM. The sink faucet would hit the mirror if you pushed it back start the flow of water. It was not located very well. I did not get a receipt.

Pros: Was nice to have a full service restaurant in a business travel hotel. The food wan't bad either. One up on the competitors for that. Room was extremely spacious and bed was comfy.

Cons: Shower was absolutely filthy. This wasn't the type of dirty that happens because someone missed it once, this can only be due to consistent neglect. I was only there one night and needed to get to a meeting so I didn't mention it to the hotel staff. I hate to penalize them for slow service in the restaurant as they are the only hotel in their type to actually have one, but service was slow. I guess it's a catch 22.
