Guests consistently praised the hotel for its friendly and professional staff, clean rooms, and excellent breakfast offerings. Many appreciated the well-maintained facilities and thoughtful touches such as air conditioning and convenient parking. However, several guests reported issues with noise due to the hotel's proximity to the autobahn, and a few experienced negative interactions with reception staff or found some aspects of service lacking. Despite these concerns, the overall impression was positive, especially regarding cleanliness and the quality of service.

Pros (+) Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable
Cons (-) The noise level from next door was ridiculous and the desk service pretty much told us too bad they couldn’t do anything about it!
