Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Many found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the helpful service. However, there were frequent complaints about expensive and mandatory valet parking, with no self-parking options available. Some guests were also dissatisfied with the breakfast quality and value. Overall, while the hotel's amenities and staff were well-received, parking and breakfast were notable drawbacks.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Friendly staff
Cons (-) Indoor pool!
Pros (+) Room was very nice, bed was very comfortable. There was even a patio in the room! Hotel bar staff was nice. I liked that there was an option to not have the room cleaned daily to help the environment.
Cons (-) I didn't like that I couldn't find the stairs and had to take the elevator to my second floor room.
Pros (+) Beds and bathroom shower and amenities
Cons (-) Service for picking up bags from bell desk was slow
Cons (-) I was interviewing for a local company. They didn't have self-park (only valet) which was weird. Valet took 15 mins to bring back the car. Why not let people get their cars themselves. it doesn't make sense to do valet every time. Some of the night staff get frustrated when asked about things like breakfast hours, order-in service.
