Cons: They forgot to clean my room on Sunday and when I asked them to at 3:45 pm, they excused themselves of being too busy. Monday morning at breakfast they didnt have any rolls. The staff in the restaurant and pool is amazing and were pleasant. I am a regular at this hotel and I feel like the quality of their cleaning standards has severely dropped, as well as.their planning for breakfast ingridients. Their wifi was mal functioning the whole holliday.

Pros: Location is very convenient even it is not easy to get to it because it is on a one way street. The kitchen staff who are very helpful and friendly.

Cons: You have to pay for parking. Not enough amenities.

Cons: There was no energy plug 🔌 close to the bed so I had to let my phone far away from me while sleeping

Pros: The location is privileged, the breakfast is served in a particularly cozy hall and the staff is really kind and friendly. For quick stops, I recommend this place to stay at because its cheap and convenient.

Cons: The room is small, the bed is not that confortable, there are no air conditioning or cable TV. However, I have to point out that all those features are expected for a low fare place like this one: it is a place intended for people that just want an opportune spot to sleep when traveling elsewhere.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Car parking available at no extra cost. Central location. It appeared to have been recently renovated.

Cons: The regulation of the taps in the shower was irregular. It kept changing from too hot to too cold and vice versa ! The douuble bed had only one bedside table, but there was plenty of space for another one on the other side !

Pros: Staff is very respectful. The room was compact but comfortable. Well-located a stone throw away from Parque do Ingá and downtown Maringá.

Cons: The information about the accommodation is false, and the staff treat you bad if you complain about it. If you have a car it may be left o the street baecaus it does not have a parking lot.

Cons: Some of the furniture in the room was a bit dated, countertop showing signs of delamination. Could benefit from a refurbishment.

Cons: Room needs more light. My bathroom was with with the washer clogged and also sometimes in the night time was selling horribly bad. Also, when I booked the room at Ibis, it said cable TV in the rooms and there are no cable TV at all. Only the basic TV Channels.
