Pros: Restaurant food at Breakfast and dinner was simply superb with quality dishes and varied menu to suit all tastes. All the hotel staff were very presentable and always helpful and cheerful.

Cons: I cannot fault this hotel so I keep coming back every year. Probably one of the very best hotels on the island of Rhodes.

Cons: cats all around the place, people feeding them and throwing food on the floor. Food could have been better, not very tasty and not that big choice. Travelling with small children, the poolside area was really noisy, children were unable to fall asleep in the evenings. Gym - most of the equipment was out of order. The staff could have been friendlier. Lots of noise from the landing planes.

Pros: Lovely rose pedals on our bed for our anniversary. Amazing staff!

Pros: We had a lovely quiet family room with sea view. That's probably one of the best rooms in the hotel. You can rent a car in the lobby for a reasonable price, very convenient.

Cons: Location is not great. The beach is pebble (you may need to put on shoes while swimming), very windy (a kite surfing school is next door), planes are flying over. Food and drinks are average.

Pros: Very nice hotel crew. There was variety in the food. The all-inclusive was great, coffee,soda,alcohol around the clock.

Cons: Very close to the airport , you hear the planes very loud. There was a problem with hot water and the water stream, often had to wait ling time probably until little people shower at the hotel. Pretty boring for a young couple, the hotel is more suitable for families with kids.

Pros: Drinks and Foods is amazing, pools nice , beach is nice get past the rocks turns to sand and the hotel staff is amazing, kids programs nice and kids activity is good girl that takes care of kids is super nice , the show is ok but , loved the Greek traditional show that is on Thursday , massaged were good as well.

Pros: We are kitesurfers. The hotel was perfect for all of our needs. They helped storing our equipment, gave infrastructure for washing and drying it. They have a lovely bar at the beach, which is very convenient, and i loved the retro music aswell

Cons: Breakfast is always the same :) i dont know if it is a weakness or a value. You can count on it, there are no surprises but after a while it can be boring

Cons: Airplanes directly over the hotel and very close to the landing area, You’ll get use to it but this is one to keep in mind. Handshower, which means you can’t stand under the shower and have to hold it in your hand.

Pros: Our room was very clean and roomy, with a good size shower. Beds were comfortable too. I wasn't sure what to expect with 'breakfast included' (as every hotel is different) but i was pleasantly surprised with the variety and quantity of choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is overall lovely and a great location, close to the airport too.

But i was happy to stay in this hotel and if i go to Rodos again i will stay in Pylea beach.

Pros: We stayed at Graziella Apartments in Sep 2019. Nikos, the owner, is the most friendly, symphatetic and available owner we have ever met ! Very clean room&bathroom, big and comfortable beds, fresh towels and sheets everyday, lovely swimming pool. Was 5 minutes walk to ialysos centre and the beach. Everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay and we higly recommend GA. We will come back for sure :)

Pros: The location is perfect - a 5 minute walk to the bars and beach or a 5 minute walk in the other direction to get one of the many regular buses into Rhodes old town which only takes 15 mins. The rooms are functional and extremely clean which is the most important thing. The staff onsite are fantastic and very helpful. I would 100% return to these apartments again.

Pros: Nice, clean apartment, close to the airport, close to the sea and close to bus station. Everything was great. We arrived after midnight, Nick and his wife waited for us and they were very nice and gave us a welcome drink (orange juice - it was really nice gesture). We enjoyed the swimming pool, it was nice and clean and also the airconditioning was really pleasant. Our room was nice, we had a huge balcony. We really enjoyed the stay, everything was great :)

Pros: The hotel has spacious rooms but the interiors need refurbishing. The overall facilities are great. The on-site restaurant provides good options for breakfast, would definitely recommend greek a la carte restaurant. They provide a free 15 min massage. What makes it better is the hotel staff, every one of them made every effort to make our stay comfortable.

Cons: Lot's of broken sunbeds at the beach. Constant struggle connecting to wi-fi. Food variety could be improved. Poor room cleaning.

Cons: The Hotel is old, it is mostly felt in the beds – the mattresses are VERY old and should have been replaced twice over. The A/C not working properly in the rooms (either freezing or hot), the TV channels are very few, no proper content for kids in English. The meals in the “restaurants” are very basic and the food is very similar to the food served in the dining hall, felt like a waste to eat there. The room we ordered was to be a room “in the main building” specifically but the room we were provided was actually in block 4000 (the main building is block 1000, than there’s 2000 and 3000 and the next building is 4000), the room felt very neglected with very old beds. After several complaints made to the front desk staff we were moved to the main building, where the beds were a little better, the A/C worse and the TV disappointing. The hotel surrounding feels like a deserted village – nothing to see or to do. In the hotel lobby there was a photographer that took our picture and then charged us 7 EURO per picture – which was blurry, in this day and age – who does that? Why would anyone let this ridiculous photograph hustler work in a hotel? Our vacation was mostly – disappointing. Not horrible, but certainly not as good as we were expecting or hoping. Mostly due to the shortcomings of this hotel where everything was somehow – less than it should be.

Pros: The hotel was close to the seaside. Liked that there is a lot of entertainment for kids.

Cons: I was missing more options for breakfast, for example, the packages were really hard to eat even my son is "Pancake person" he was rejecting them because they were dry, simple change sometimes the breakfast choices because not all the people eat English breakfast every day. Pool water for babies was really cold as funny as it sounds. To close to the airport the planes were flying every 10min.

Pros: Everything was extremely perfect! The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. A large variety of tasty food. The kids enjoyed the waterpark. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider spending future vacation there. Very recommended especially for family vacation!

Pros: staff were very friendly and informative, enough food choice for all including vegetarians and children. many swimming pools, therefore a choice of quiet and relaxing ones or some with music and entertainment. car rental near hotel were great, easier to drive there than e.g. Spain as less traffic. near enough for day trips e.g. to Rhodes old town. the burger restaurant was good in the evenings. unlimited drinks and ice cream good and snacks. the small water park was great fun. very handy that you can request to pay to stay in room til later if late night flight home.

Cons: the beds were uncomfortable. we did report back to hotel and booking.com when they called but nothing was done about this. the food in the main restaurant was not great, and was not relaxing, so we went to one of the other restaurants instead. many cats around but they won't bother you if you ignore them.

Pros: Room spacious and clean, nice bathroom, friendly staff. One pool without constant blaring music was a blessing. Great food at the Greek A La Carte-restaurant.

Cons: Most food not Greek, catered to foreigners, mainly Brits and Germans. Restaurants noisy, and crowded, at outside restsurant long queues for pizza and Gyros. You get two vouchers for free 15 massage, but must be booked in first two days, spa staff just want you to pay more for upgrades. Adults only pool /quiet pool would be great, as would be a bar you could swim to, now just screaming kids everywhere, and people at restaurants hoarding too much food, then wasting it.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, pool were very nice with loads of sun beds available. The water park is excellent for the children. My hotel room was lovely and very modern, the bathroom was very nice. The food was your normal buffet standard, repetitive at times but that’s to be expected at any all inclusive resort. In the day time however the snack bar down by the sea front serve lovely kebabs and pizzas which are a very good treat! The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The one area where this hotel could improve on is the entertainment. In the day the entertainment team are based around the main pool, but the pool itself is very deep and not suitable if you have young kids. So if your not around that pool you miss out of the days entertainment. At night the entertainment is usually held in a separate tent that is not accessible by wheelchair. Around the main bar in the evening or even the day time it would be nice if there was some sort of music played as there wasn’t much of an atmosphere. The location of the hotel is very close to the airport which is lovely but there’s not much around it in terms of shops or markets. A cab into Rhodes town or a journey into Faliraki is needed for shopping.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean and bright rooms. Room was cleaned every day, very nice. Pool area and backyard garden was very nice. 1 min from the beach. Very very good meal!!! amazing. Real oasis for people who is looking for take relax and good vacation. SUPERB!!!

Cons: The rooms were chilly when arriving. Furthermore, the beds were hard and therefore uncomfortable. The airplanes were passing all the time during the day (not during the night) and of course making noise. The breakfast was good anyway..

Pros: Excellent location, near to the center and with many opportunities to explore Rhodes. It worked like a “base” for me so I used the bus for my trips around. Great breakfast with variety of goods, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and renovated rooms! Amazing pool. The food was great and I had the best cocktails. Whatever you need just ask the reception and the will provide you with all the information needed. I recommend it!!!

Pros: Really friendly staff. All of the receptionists, cleaners and waitresses were greating you with a smile, truly the whole team made you feel welcome. Breakfast was always really good and varied. Comfortable, airconditioned and clean room. The pool bar has amazing greek food, also worth to try the music events held twice weekly! Close to the beach with great kite and windsurfing spots nearby!

Cons: The hotel is being close to the airport, aircrafts are passing close. The noise was not disturbing.

Cons: AC is turned off from 30th of September, so it was really hot to sleep (this wasn't mentioned to us beforehand). Planes flied over the hotel like in every 20 minutes which was noisy (fortunately at night we didn't hear them).

Pros: The owner and his family are amazing people. They allowed us to stay in the apartment all day of the departure till 8 o'clock in the evening. Cleaning every day. The sea is closed. Friendly village.

Cons: People have complained about the planes... Well, what did they expect, Kremasti is next to the airport! You get used to them in no time.

Cons: The hotel lacked excitement. If one wants a quiet holiday close to the sea, this place is perfect.

Pros: I was able to make a last minute reservation and the price was decent. The receptionist/bartender was nice and accommodating. Hotel has free wifi but only if you're downstairs in the restaurant/bar.

Cons: The hotel is right beneath the flight path of landing planes. A large plane would fly overhead every half hour or so until around midnight and then again starting around dawn. It was incredibly loud. As for the hotel itself, I stayed on the third floor (walkup, no elevator) and the decor was dated and the bed was uncomfortably stiff. It cost extra for air conditioning and it felt like an oven in the apartment. Towels were threadbare. The downstairs bar/restaurant played 70s disco all night. The hotel itself is off the road a bit but it's the main road and is busy all night. I wouldn't recommend this unless you were desperate for a quick shower and a few hours of (bad) sleep.

Pros: The Emerald Hotel is a lovely hoyel to stay at. All the staff ate very helpfull and will assist you in anyway they can, this goes from the owners down to the cleaners.it is spotlessly clean. The food in the hotel is of a very high standard, well cooked and presented.I could go on all day singing the praisesabout the Emerald but I wont. To sum up a lovely place to spend your holidays at.

Cons: The room was quite basic, and the air conditioner was an extra charge. This was needed as we had to seal the room to try to exclude the aircraft noise. Consequently the room was hot and stuffy without air conditioning.

Pros: The staff were so incredibly helpful. They are clearly keeping the whole thing running despite the hotel decor and facilities needing some updating. The pool area is very nice. Especially if you enjoy planes... It's directly under the flight path. We didn't mind it but I can imagine some people would.

Cons: The rat/mouse droppings on the balcony!!! We complained and they cleared it up straight away though.

Pros: For the traveller in transit this is great place. Only 4km from the airport, about 300m from the main bus route into Rhodes Town. Staff were really helpful and friendly and the Sea view taverns served great pizza and sphagetti!

Pros: Very friendly staff, a pool, a well-priced bar, a large room that, while a bit spartan, had everything we needed (comfortable beds, a TV, fridge and kettle, wardrobe etc). Very close to good bars (there are two recommendable ones that have the name 'Tommy' or 'Thomas' opposite each other) and an easy walk to the town's restaurants and to the beach. Also, the night staff man kindly ordered us a taxi for our stupidly-early return flight and made sure we had no problems with it. Thank you, and I wish we'd stayed here a bit longer!

Cons: A mosquito net on the bedroom window would be a good thing. It's true that the road noise is a presence, however if you ask for a room that is further back you barely or don't hear it at all. Also, and nothing to do with the hotel, one lady previously recommended the Asian restaurant that is nearby - don't bother, it's lovely-looking but their food is bad! I wish we'd eaten at the hotel instead :)

Cons: The room is not the one I was expecting as it was all "open" and there were plenty of rooms available which had a door to the kitchen/bathroom area which could be closed off from any noise! (i.e. the incessant noise of the chickens/cockerels which woke us up.

Pros: We booked this as a first night in Rhodes having arrived on a late flight - its proximity to the airport is a real advantage, its easy to find and was 13 euros for the taxi at night or the bus would have passed the door. The staff were friendly and helpful - the pool was lovely. Its also easy to get to the Valley of the Butterflies as the bus stops almost outside. Easy bus journey into Rhodes too.

Cons: We were happy and could have stayed longer. The planes fly low when landing but they did not disturb us and it was interesting planespotting from the pool!

Pros: They helped us fix a problem in the room as soon as they could. Was a good location with enough parking. fairly quiet although in high season I would think it would be very loud.

Cons: The facilities were far more basic than we realised they would be. Also partly down to the time of year.

Pros: A short distance away from the airport in Rhodes (10 euro fare). Perfect for an overnight stay after a late night flight, before travelling on to Lindos. Staff were exceptionally helpful and obliging.

Pros: Very good value for money, we chosen this hotel because it was very close to the airport the room got everything we need for one night stay, the reception was open 24H and the studio apartment was warm and clean, free wi-fi by the reception area, we couldn't ask more for such of fare

Cons: The furniture are a bit old and the bathroom was a bit small and old as well, shower was very challenging, the air conditioning and safe are apart from the room rate, but it seam that it is the same every where in Rhodes, as well that the bed, it seems that they can not make a double bed instead twin beds, but we couldn't expect much more for such of fare.
