Pros (+) Everything was old, musty and outdated. Please remodel or close this facility.
Cons (-) Musty air, dirty sheets, questionable floor, found someone’s ADHD medicine in the nightstand drawer. This place needs some serious capital dropped into it to get it to acceptable standards.

Pros (+) Staff members were all very pleasant and courteous.
Cons (-) The property is old and worn and could really use a renovation. The AC unit couldn't keep the temperature at a comfortable level. No ala carte service at breakfast. Only option was buffet. Unfortunately all other properties in town were sold out and Red Lion Richland Hanford House was only available rooms.
