Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, finding it convenient for accessing the beach, city center, and local amenities. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and outdated facilities. Service was also a common concern, with reports of unhelpful or absent staff and extra charges for basic amenities like air conditioning. While some found the value for price acceptable, the overall experience was marred by poor maintenance and lack of essential services.
