Cons:Great service, cleanliness location at good price. The food was good!
Pros:Location was okay, right outside of the main areas in rincon. The front desk staff was friendly and the grounds were beautiful.
Cons:When we stayed there was a local venue staying at the hotel and the staff seemed uninterested in making us feel important and more like intruders and second rate guests. The room was dirty we found food from the previous guests stay under the bed when we went searching for a dropped remote. The decor and furniture in the room was falling apart and the sheets were worse than a hospital beds itchy and scratchy. We went down to see if we were interested in grabbing a bite at the continental breakfast on our way out the first morning only to find it was not there at 10:30am when the ticket said it was from 8-11am we knew we were up late as we arrived late the night before so we shrugged it off but then the next morning we were up early and were amazed by the buffet that was set up at the bottom of the stairs, my boyfriend loves powered doughnuts and couldn't resist grabbing one as we went to get plates however we were told that the tables set up were for a private party and a woman practically scolded my boyfriend, we were embarrassed and confused so we went out once again for breakfast. The next morning we didn't bother to try and then the following morning the private party was gone so we went to give it one last try only to find a very disappointing card table set up with slices of ham, cheese, sliced white bread, cereal and a try of twinkies. Yes. Twinkies. Needless to say we went out again for breakfast. The other problem we encountered was the extremely limited parking, during this event there were no less than ten vendor trucks parked in the main parking lot and we had to park down the road in a dirt lot and carry our surfboards up to the room each night we couldn't find parking not a big deal but not accommodating at all. Why would you park Coca Cola and beer vans and various other food trucks in the main parking and then make your guests park in the road or at a secondary parking lot? It was very obvious that we were not at all important guests. But it's okay because we found a better great place to stay next time for less money.
Pros:Hotel was great, right on the beach. Beautiful location, good sized rooms and a friendly staff. BUT there was construction going on. It was right outside our room, they would start every morning at 7. So no sleeping in! Pool was also shut down due to construction.
